WHICH GOD DO WE SERVE

THERE IS A GOD OF HEAVEN AND god OF THIS WORLD

     For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ; 2 Cor 10:3-5

     What are your thoughts; are they sin, sickness and death from the devil, the god of this world. The word says that we are healed by his stripes, now we must choose which God we will serve. Every time a thought comes into our mind, Take it into captivity to the mind of Christ who is our head. Only allow the words of the Lord to come out of our mouth for Christ is our head.

     Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof. Prov 18:21

For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. Romans 8:6

     The only way we will believe God is to speak his words until we get his word in our hearts believe him and know that we know. We will believe our self before we will believe any one else, as his words come out of our mouth and sink our into heart we will bring every thought into captivity to the word of God of heaven.

     For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he: Eat and drink, saith he to thee; but his heart is not with thee. Prov 23:7

     When we know we are the body of Christ, then we will know that Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth. Mark 9:23

     When we speak, every word must be the word of Christ when we know that he is our head.

     But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ: Eph 4:15

     We know that Christ is our head, then let him do the talking even as our first born brother did, for Jesus overcome all things because he said nothing but what he heard from his head, the Christ.

     There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death. For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh: That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. Romans 8:1-6

     Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: Phil 2:5-6

     Why did Christ Jesus think it not robber to be equal with God;

HE HAD THE MIND OF CHRIST

     Christ is our head and we have the same mind, if we allow him to do the thinking and talking as Jesus the son of man did. Christ the Lord God who is the spiritual son of God is our head and him and the father are one. Heard a preacher one day say he was perfect and he is and we are also when we allow Christ the head do the talking.
