HERESY [IES] - 1] Opinion or doctrine at variance with orthodox or accepted doctrine of a
church or religious system
HERETIC - 1] A professed believer who maintains religious opinions contrary to those
accepted by his church or rejects doctrines prescribed by his church
- 2] A baptized Roman Catholic who willfully and persistently rejects any
article of faith of the Catholic church
HERESIES OF THE KINGDOM
1] Believing God does not speak to an individual
2] Believing the Bible is the only Word of God
3] Believing we can be in control of our own lives
4] Believing God is going to Rapture His followers out of this life and leave the unbelieving
on planet earth to experience eternal torment
5] Believing we have to die a literal death
6] Believing we have to go through a literal judgment
7] Believing we cannot enjoy the promises of God in this present life
8] Believing we have to "perform works" in order to receive rewards from God
