Now we have gone through chapter one of Genesis, regarding the bringing forth of us (the Plural God) out from within God. IN HIS IMAGE. No other image of anyone, but HIS. How He viewed EVERYTHING He created as very good. The herbs , the trees, everything, He was well pleased with His creation. What I want us to pay close attention to, in this study ARE THE TREES.

I now, want us to look at the Lord God, of Genesis, chapter two.

In chapter two, right off the bat, as God finished, or ended His work, we see a creating taking place, that sounds like it was a DIFFERENT CREATING, because IT WAS.

I want to give a little background on the Lord God. As we know, God in chapter one, is called Elohim. You can look it up in Strong's and see that the name (nature) is Elohim. Elohim means "plural God". Not more than one God, but God. Plural God means that there is more than one, but at the same time, all the reflections of God were in the image of God, because they (one body of "people") exactly as He was/is. These Plural God, came out from within God. Since there was NOTHING to create them from, they were brought forth, made of God's essence; of God's substance, God's nature; EVERYTHING that God was, so was the Plural God. These Lord God were in God from the beginning. They were in God when God planned His plan. They had watched God create. They communicated with God. It was, in a sense, Him (God) talking to Himself. And since God was Spirit, when brought forth out of Him, so were these Plural God. Spirit Being. They did not have a physical body. They were Him.. ONE IN HIM. The "MAN" that God created in His own image, is the Lord God. One in God.

We must look at God's plan and it is told in chapter one of Genesis. This is His plan and what it was to be:

1) God created man in His image. Spirit

2) God created EVERYTHING that the MAN would need.

3) God told MAN what He wanted out of the man.

4) God told the man, I have created everything and I want you to have dominion over everything that I created.

5) God told the man to be fruitful.

6) God told the man to replenish the earth, and to subdue it.

Now since God is SPIRIT and the man was brought forth in His image, this MAN was Spirit too. We will see this a little later on. What we need to see right now, is that since ALL of the creation done in chapter one, was in SPIRIT FORM, these things that God told the MAN must be understood by the SPIRIT.

The first thing that we see is that when God created, He create "the" heaven, in chapter one, it became the "heavenS", plural, in chapter two. As we know, or most of us have come to understand, is that "heaven" is a state of being. Just as "hell" is a state of being. To be in the heaven, we must THINK in the heavenly realm. We must "live" our life in the heaven. Heaven is the invisible realm, that exists in us. God is in heaven, well where is God? He lives in us, which tells us that heaven has to be in us. Heaven is a way of thinking. WE WERE in heaven. But then , in chapter two, another heaven was created. (which we will look at ). So here in chapter two , we see more than one heaven.

Next, God told this MAN to be fruitful. In other words, MAN was to reproduce SOMETHING. Man was to multiply SOMETHING. Also, MAN was to replenish the earth that God had created and to HAVE DOMINION over everything. In order to have dominion, MAN had to subdue the earth and all that was in and on it.

Now we must ask ourselves, "what did this MAN know?" The answer is simple, (WE make it complicated), all that MAN knew was God. That's all. The MAN had been IN GOD, and GOD was all the MAN knew. God's way; God's thinking; God's love, ONLY GOD. And we must remember that this MAN was SPIRIT. The SPIRIT that God was. Oh how wonderful to think (or to remember) this. That MAN was God's LIFE. God was that MAN's LIFE. There was only ONE LIFE, God's Life. So, since that was ALL that the MAN knew, that was what MAN was to multiply. That LIFE was what the MAN was to be fruitful with, and reproduce that Fruit. God.

This shows us that God's Plan was for HIMSELF to be multiplied, be PLURAL of HIMSELF, PLURAL GOD. This was God's plan.

We know that in that Plan, God KNEW everything that would happen. After all, He was/is ALL KNOWING. AND HE PROVIDED AN ATTONEMENT BEFORE THE MAN WAS EVEN BROUGHT FORTH OUT OF HIMSELF. (Rev. 13:8) I want you to know, because God provided an attonement, does not mean that the MAN would change from the ORIGINAL BEING that God had created Him as.

And we will see, exactly what I am saying, as we get further into chapter two. But, let's go on and look at this "creating" that was done in chapter two. This all begins in verse four of chapter two.

Genesis 2:4, "These are the generations of the HEAVENS and of the earth when they were created, in the day that THE LORD GOD made the earth and the heavens....." Did you notice that the heavens and the earth , here, was NOT CREATED, but MADE by the LORD GOD? Remember that the Lord God had THE FULLNESS OF GOD. He had NOT CREATED, He had been IN GOD seeing GOD create. AND He had been created BOTH MALE AND FEMALE. (Gen. 1:27). Since this was a creation done in the SPIRIT REALM, male and female is not what we think of male and female in this physical realm. You can study out these words, "male and female", I am just going to give you the "short" version of the meaning. SPIRIT represents the male. SOUL represents the female. When God brought forth MAN, as male and female, all this means is that the MAN was BOTH SPIRIT AND SOUL. UNITED within this MAN. You can look at this as the meaning of the word, "marriage". Both Spirit and Soul were united as ONE, and BOTH were in agreement with each other, in MAN. ALL that this "couple" knew was God.

Notice that when God brought forth the MAN, HE DID NOT NAME HIM, ADAM. God called him, MAN. What does male mean? SPIRIT. Why was he called MAN, by God? Because he was as God was, SPIRIT. He did not call them, Adam and Eve, He called them, MAN or SPIRIT because they were ONE, and in the image of the ONE GOD who had brought forth HIS PLURAL. It might be easier to understand if we call the MAN or the PLURAL GOD, God's reflection, although the MAN was not a reflection, the MAN was God's Plural.

OK, let's go back to chapter 2:5 Notice the wording of this: "and every plant of the field BEFORE it was in the earth, and every herb of the field BEFORE it grew: ...."

This word "grew" is number H 6779 in Stong's. It means: to sprout, bear, bring forth ( cause to, make to), bud forth, (cause to, make to) grow (AGAIN, up). These plants, and the herbs, HAD BEEN CREATED BY GOD, in Spirit form, in chapter one, but here, they had not been made to sprout up, in the physical realm, "for the Lord God had not caused it to rain upon the earth, ....".

Now one way we can know that here in chapter two, the heavens and the earth had become PHYSICAL, is that in the Spirit, rain is not needed for something to grow. But, here in the physical realm, NOTHING can live without water. And we see that the plants and the herbs had not "sprouted". They were STILL in SPIRIT FORM. Can you see this? I want to say a little more about this, but I want to continue right now, with the rest of this verse.

"....and there was not a man to till the ground." What the heck happened to the man that had been created in chapter one? Why couldn't he till the ground? This shows us that everything that God had created in chapter one, WAS IN SPIRIT FORM. A Spirit cannot till the ground. Not the physical ground. This is where we can see that there is a natural and a Spiritual meaning behind every word. I will give you a couple of examples and you can search out more:

Matt 13:45-46, "Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto a merchant man seeking goodly pearls; who , when he had found one pearl of great price, went and sold all that he had, and bought it."

Matt 13:38, "The FIELD is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom....".

So that you get a really good understanding of the meanng of the symbolic words, in Gen. 1 and 2, read Matthew 13: 18-52.

I am going to stop right here and we will go on to the importance of the MAN that was formed.

to be continued.....
