THIS IS THE DAY

Part 2

I want to make this clear; this writting IS NOT IN DEFENSE of anyone. Especially that brother that is being bashed. HE DOES NOT NEED MY DEFENSE!! TRUTH THAT HE IS TEACHING DOES NOT NEED MY DEFENSE!! The Holy Spirit is the only defense, protection and ALL, that is needed.

Since some are USING the bible to help themselves to bash someone, we NEED to understand this book. I do ask, that after you read this, DO YOUR OWN SEEKING about how the bible that we NOW have came to be. Who wrote it? Who translated it? What kind of people were those who translated it? Who MADE them translated? And were they told what could and could not be put into it? Is the bible that we have today, really inspired of God? Does this book have LIFE that it can give us? Look up these questions. STOP, letting the natural mind of man tell you that this book IS HOLY! This book is SACRED! This book is the ONLY WAY to know God's Truths! ALL of these things are untrue!! This book is no more holy than a comic book. This book is no more Life-giving than a pencil is. It has no power. It does not change a person. IT IS NOT GOD'S WORD!!!

Were we meant to read it? Yes, surely we are to read it. What will we learn from within it? History. for one thing. The ways of those who followed God and those who did not; and what their consesquences were. We learn about MAN. The disciples, the kings, the priests and about different groups of people. We, also, learn A LITTLE about the culture in the Middle East; we learn about their speaking, language and how WE take their words, (that we have no idea what the words really meant to them), and we add OUR meaning of those words. But, do you know that there is not a foreign language that can be TRUELY translated, word for word? nope not one.

As you may have guessed, this part of this writting, is about the bible. ALL BIBLES.

As we know, there was not a bible in the days of Jesus. They had scrolls. BUT, what we have not been told, is mostly, what we call the bible was orally passed down from one generation to another. Now we all know the practice that we have been shown, about get 15 people together and whisper something to the first person, then he/she whispers that thing to the next, and so on and so on. When we get to the last, person the message has either been added to, something taken away from the message, or words substituted by other words. This is exactly what happened to the bible of old. The scrolls.

Even people who were travelling from one gathering to another, in Paul's day, would be ROBBED of the letter written and things were changed to make the letter agree with whoever stold it and changed it.

2 Thessalonians 2:1-2 "Now we beseech you, brethern, by the coming (appearance) of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together (Spirit , body and soul)l That ye BE NOT SOON SHAKEN in mind, or BE TROUBLED, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor LETTER AS FROM US, as that the day of Christ is at hand."

Paul is warning the people, "don't be upset, or troubled" by letters may come to this meetings, letters that APPEAR to be from us. He knew how the letters were being stolen and changed. And what he is saying is, "don't worry, the Spirit will give you the truth."

Even translators change words when translating what is being said. When I was in Nigeria, I had a translator. Before the evening services, I called him aside and said, "Say EXACTLY what I am saying, while you translate." He said, "ok." I was teaching on CHRIST. All was going well until I said something about "Christ", but he translated it as "Jesus". I was not speaking about the man Jesus. Even though He was Jesus the Christ, I was not speaking about Him, I was speaking about CHRIST. There is a difference. Each one of those people sitting there were Christ, but I was not speaking about them, I was teachng on CHRIST. One word can change everything said in a sentence.!!

I remember as a young "christian", I had often read the King James Bible, (still do) and never really paid any attention to different words that were in italices. Then one day, I wondered why they were in italice. So, I ask the pastor. He told me that the translators HAD ADDED the words that were in italices, to make it easier to understand what was being said. So, I let it go at that. Later, I LEARNED, that by adding a word, (whether good intentions were there or not) one word could change and entire verse!! Even with something like this, we NEED to go within and find out the Truth of the matter. What I found about this subject opened me wide up. I will admit, to this very day, when I share this with some folks, they get very upset with me and say that I am saying to throw away the bible. THIS IS NOT WHAT I AM SAYING AT ALL!!!! REMEMBER THAT, PLEASE!! But, the scripture that I am speaking of is 2 Timothy 3:16.

2 Timothy 3:16-17, "All scripture IS given by inspiration of (remember "of" means "out from within") God, and IS profitable width='100%' for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: that the mano of God may be perfect, THROUGHLY FURNISHED unto all good works."

Now, reading this verse as it is written, there seems to be nothing that we should wonder about. BUT KNOWING THAT WORDS IN ITALICES MEANS A WORD WAS ADDED, try taking the word out and RE-READ it. That tiny little word "is" makes a great difference. Let's read it WITHOUT the word that was added by the translators, "IS":

All scripture given by inspiration of God......". This shows me that ALL scripture WAS NOT inspired by God. Possibly most of the bible WAS inspired by God, but to me, this is saying, "ONLY the scripturee that is inspired by God is good for all those things mentioned. It IS NOT saying that ALL scripture IS inspired by God, but the ones that ARE, are good for those things. Again I say, go within, draw your own conclusion. And lose that fear that "IF I deny every word in this Holy Book, I am damned!!". Study out the bible as a book. Find out for your self. Ok, let's look at other verses, IN THE BIBLE.

2 Corinthians 3:3-6, "Forasmuch as ye are manifestly (already) declared to be the epistle of Christ, ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not in tables of stone, but in fleshly tables of the heart. And such trust have we through Christ to God-ward: not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think any thing as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God; Who also hath made us able ministers of the new testament; NOT OF THE LETTER, but of the SPIRIT; for the letter killeth, but the Spirit giveth life."

If you notice, God HAS ALREADY MADE US ABLE MINISTERS! The word testament is not the book, it is what is being said about something. John was a testament, of Jesus. John was telling what he KNEW of Jesus. Also, notice, "the letter killeth, but the Spirit giveth life." A word that changed, here, is the word "giveth". John 1:16 tells us that we HAVE RECEIVED God's fullness. The word that was originally used, in place of "giveth" was QUICKENED. We were already given life, and that life was "quickened" or awoken. The Spirit brings LIFE to what was written.

The word "letter" means scriputure. (#1121)

Here in this scripture, the word "killeth" means, ( 615) to kill outright, to destroy, put to death, slay, reversal, completion. So actually, the letter actually kills. We know this to be true. The root word gives this definition: separation, departure, cessation. Because without understanding of the Spirit, we would NEVER have found out that we do not have to see physical death! The letter kills things besides us. It kills truth or understanding. It is taught by MAN'S way of thinking and we KNOW where that leads.

Romans 7:4-7, "Wherefore, my brethren, ye also are become dead to the law by the body of Christ (this should read "Jesus", Christ cannot die), ; that ye should be married to another, even to him who is raised from the dead, that we should bring forth fruit unto God. for when we were in the flesh, the motions of sins which were by the law, did work in our members to bring forth fruit unto death. But now we are delivered from the law, that being dead wherein we were held; that we should serve in newness of Spirit, and not the oldness of the letter."

The "oldness" of the letter means, "antiquatedness". (#3821). While using the bible "in the flesh" or with the natural mind, we become dead as the letter is dead. Jesus was raised from the dead; we ARE raised from the dead and we should bring forth fruit unto God. The fruit being, HIS LIFE! OK two more scriptures.

Romans 2:29, "But he is a Jew, which is one INWARDLY, and circumcision is that of the heart, IN THE SPIRIT, and NOT IN THE LETTER; whose praise is not of men, but of God." This is telling us the same thing. It is THE SPIRIT, not the bible that we bring forth LIFE.

Now, this scripture is Jesus speaking. Who would know better than Him?

John 5:39-40, "Search the scriptures, for in them ye THINK ye have eternal life; and they are they which testify of me. And YE WILL NOT COME TO ME, that ye might have life."

In the original writing, the word "you" was here in the beginning of the verse; "You search the scriptures....". Notice, He said "you THINK that by reading the scriptures you have eternal life." He continues, "BUT these scriptures just tell you about Me.". And the next verse let's us know where we find LIFE. "And you will not come to me". What is He? He is SPIRIT! When we do not spend time in the Spirit, we cannot find life, let alone Truth. Now , where do we go for Truth? To the Spirit. Can the Spirit lie? No!! Then when the Spirit tells us something and we turn our backs on what He told us, and go back to sin, repentence of sin, devils, demons etc, what have we done? We have gone back to the letter that is DEAD and cannot find LIFE in them. So, when we do this, we cannot blame God for things that come upon us, can we? And then , on top of that, to DENY what has been given to us, we call God a liar! There is no getting around it, this IS A CHOICE THAT WE MAKE! We can blame NO ONE for our mistakes. It is so childish to blame another for things that we choose to do. And there is a thing in us, called unction, and it lets us know (and we KNOW that this is true) if our acts are showing forth the charactor or God, or of man's desires. We either choose to listen or to ignore that stirromg within. And we will and do suffer the consequences of our choice. BUT, we can get up. We can change things (without blameing someone else for our actions, and start over and be pleasing to God.

Many have made it difficult to accept this word of Who we are. They have said and taught that now that we know our true Identity, that we can live any way we want. This just is not true. Mistakes, yes, we make them. But to keep on doing what the flesh enjoys, is not the charactor of God. you say, "well what about all things being pure?" Well, the WAY GOD SEES IT (as HE CREATED IT), all is pure. This is not talking about sexual delights that shows in no way the charactor of God. Come on, folks. God sees thing as HE CREATED THEM, not the down in the gutter things of this world. We are to bring change to this world, by seeing it the way He sees it. We don't see things His way, if we say, "oh I think I'll go out tonight and rob someone, it is pure". To see things the way He sees it, does not mean do all that you desire, no, it means LIVE AS YOU WERE/ARE GOD ON EARTH. (more about this later).

And about the translators. Did you know that the translators that Constantine told to bring forth a bible, were pagan? Check it out. Did you know that Catholic translators will not show real scrolls, that made up the bible? Why, because man wants the bible to back up THEIR BELIEFS! If all that was hidden away in the Catholic vaults were brought to light, it would turn the whole world upside down. And as if that isn't bad enough, we have brothers and sisters bashing each other over revelation FROM THE SPIRIT that one received, and perhaps the other one didn't, SAD!!! SAD!! SAD!! But, as it is said, This isn't new, "there is nothing new under the sun." I would think that in EVERY HEART would be the desire for TRUTH, regardless who brings it forth. I would in no way ever say that something that someone says they got from the Spirit is a lie. It could just be that I haven't received that particular revelation yet. I am not saying to accept everything that someone says the Spirit gave them, because in all this bashing we are seeing, one person saying "the Spirit gave me this" and in a year or two, that same person is saying "what I was teaching is a lie". No, take what one says, and take it within, and DO NOTHING WITH IT UNTIL YOU HEAR FOR YOURSELF FROM THE SPIRIT. Never bash something, unless you are God, which is what you are coming against. It will all be uncovered. We can do nothing, without it coming to light. Remember that. Oh dear brothers and sisters, let the LOVE that we are flow through us. It is so much more pleasant.

John 6:63, "It is the Spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, are Spirit, and are life." A quote of Jesus'.

Ok, here I am going to insert some information that I hunted up about the bible.(AND SOME WRITING OF OTHERS WHO TEACH THE BIBLE) Please read them. I know this is tiring, but we need to know things. Don't you know people who think that they are not "good christians" if they don't read the bible every day? Wouldn't you love to set them free, if they are open to the Spirit? There is so much available information, out there for our learning. And of course, there is the Holy Spirit. We HAVE to stop living in the religious trap that has had us trapped in for more than 2000 years. Our dependance cannot be in a book, it MUST be in the dependance and knowing that IF we allow, the Holy Spirit will talk to us; will lead us to things to read, and things and people to hear. And that it is US that must choose to follow His leading, if we have any hope at all.

Part 3 will contain some info on the bible. Take into consideration ALL that you learn. Not only from these documents, but consider what YOU will be led to, to find truth.
