STINKING THINKING ..... Just
what is stinking thinking? It is religious thinking which denies the power of
the inChristed life. Perhaps, you might be able to identify some of the more
common phrases ..... "I
just want to grow closer to the Lord". (
If He is in you, how much closer can you get? This thought creates a separation
from you and the Lord and nothing can separate us from the love of God.) "I am a sinner saved by grace" (If
you have become a Christian you are no longer a sinner but a saint, no longer in
Adam but in Christ.) "He
is coming soon." (Denies
that Jesus has come in the flesh -‑ your flesh 1 John 4:3 Externalizes God
into a literal man returning, when He is manifesting in your earth.) |
