No Man

Have you considered the concept of Adam being a man in contrast to Christ who was God? In Genesis 4:14 it talks about Cain being chased out of the area by God, he says "surely you have driven me out this day from the face of the ground, I shall be hidden from your face."

Cain the murderer, the descendant of Adam was hidden forever from the face of God. He says "I'll be a vagabond on the earth and anyone who finds me will kill me." So he felt quite badly that these things didn't work out the way he had wanted them to work out in his own mind and his own way. He was quite upset with it of course but nevertheless no man, no Adamic nature could stand before the face of God. No Adam, no one of that carnal plane can stand before the face of God and live. It is impossible for Adam to please God.

The soul that sinneth shall surely die, Ezekiel 18:4 states. Adam died in dying; in his dying he died as the Hebrew brings out. He was dead the moment he sinned and the process of death became evident in his life. In fact, the antideluvians, those who died before Noah, lived to a ripe old age. Adam lived 930 years. But after the flood it was down to 175 years and today it is shorter than that. No man, no Adam , nobody can live before the presence of God. It is impossible for the Adamic nature, anything of the lower plane, anything of carnality, to stand before the face of God. So, who then can stand before the face of God?

In Exodus 3 Moses herds the sheep of Jethro to the area of Mt. Horeb. The angel appears to him and he turns to look at the angel and in verse 6 God says to Moses, "I am the God of your Father, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, the God of Jacob." Moses hid his face for he was afraid to look upon God. He didn't feel he could look upon God and live. Why did he feel this way? He saw no way possible to look on God. Why did he turn away? He turned because he realized he was unworthy. He turned because he could not face the glory of God. He turned because of the sin nature in him. That's why he couldn't look at the face of God. So here we find Moses who was the man most humble, the humblist man in the world as Deuteronomy brings out and yet even he could not look on God face to face. His identity was in the Adamic nature because he felt unworthy to behold a pure, righteous God, even though scripture declares that Moses knew God face to face (Deuteronomy 34:10).

I am sure that you are familiar with Exodus 33 verses 18-23. I am sure you have read it before. But let me read it again. He said, "Please show me your glory, Lord, and then He said, I will make all my goodness pass before you and I will proclaim the name of the Lord before you, I will be gracious to you, I will be gracious and have compassion on whom I will have compassion. And He said, You cannot see my face, for no man shall see me and live." The Lord said, "Here is a place by me and you shall stand on the rock, so it shall be while my Glory passes by that I will put you in the cleft of the rock and cover you with my hand while I pass by, and then I will take away my hand and you shall see my back, but my face shall not be seen."

No man shall see God and live. If there was one righteous man, one righteous man in all the earth, surely it would be Moses at that time and yet Moses was not able to see the face of God. But something happened and something changed and God touched Moses. I am not sure we know how He touched Moses, but we do know that He did touch him. For in Exodus 34:10, it says, "But since there has not risen in Israel a prophet like Moses, whom the Lord knew face to face." Yet the one scripture said he didn't. If we look at Deuteronomy 5:4, it states: " The LORD talked with you face to face in the mount out of the midst of the fire." What happened to Moses that caused this changed man, this descendant of Adam, this man, this fleshly man, who tried to throw down the kingdom of Pharaoh and deliver his people, this man who had inability to talk and speak clearly, this man who was of the sin nature of Adam, how could he see God face to face? In one scripture God says that he couldn't see him face to face? And yet another says that he does. Does the book lie? The book doesn't lie. There is a change that has gone on in the man of Moses. A tremendous change that was wrought by the Spirit of God in his very being, and we want to look into because it directly relates to us in our walk in Christ Jesus.

Now the one verse we read said that it was in the midst of the fire and the fire is what happened to Moses in Exodus 3. What occurred there? First, we see in Exodus 3:2 that he looked and he beheld. Look and behold. Two different words. Look means to see something two dimensionally. Behold means to see something through a hologram, to be able to see the front and the back, the whole animal at the same time, the complete fullness of it. So Moses not only looked at a glance, and saw something but then his eyes were opened wide and he beheld the whole thing in completeness.

And the bush burned with fire but the bush was not consumed. Now the wood represents humanity, the Adamic, the fallen nature. And of course the fire represents our God, for our God is what? A consuming fire, and His ministers are a flame of fire. So Moses sees this and he says I will now turn aside and see this great sight . Moses turned from his original path, changed direction, did not continue on in the same way that he continued in the past. But rather leaving the flock, leaving the things on the plane where he was, he climbed higher, moved to another level, decided to forsake everything on the lower plane and this is the fulfillment of Hebrews 9:10, I believe also 10:9, which says that the first must be removed before the second can be established. You have to set aside everything that you are in order to become what you could be. You cannot partake or maintain or try to keep what you were in order to partake of what God has for you. The bush burned with fire; it wasn't consumed. Moses wants to turn aside and see the great sight. Why doesn't the bush burn? The Lord saw that Moses turned, repented, left his former state, wanted something spiritual. God was waiting to see what Moses’ reaction would be. Imagine seeing a burning bush . Would you go towards it or would you run from it? Most people would probably run from trouble . Most people don't want to get involved in it. They want to be safe, especially from fire. They don't want to be touched by it, singed by it, even smell it getting too close to them.

But Moses turned to go into it, and when Moses made that decision then God decided to meet him. Ah, what a tremendous thought. When you decide to leave your Adamic nature and go where God is, then God will meet you where you are, and where you're coming from. You are not totally free but God will meet you in order to bring you fully in. When the Lord saw that Moses turned aside, God called from the midst of the bush and said, "Moses, Moses," and Moses said, "Here I am," and God said, " Draw not nigh hither; put off thy shoes from off thy feet, for the place whereon thou standest is holy ground." Now, Moses already made the change, and God had already spoken to him, unto salvation if you will. Now God says take your sandals off your feet for the place where you stand is holy ground. Moses had to change the walk that he had always walked. No longer can you walk the walk you have had either. When you enter into the tabernacles with me Moses when you enter into the third experience with me Moses, you cannot walk the same ways you did in salvation and in Pentecost.

When I was unsaved I had a path, but when I got saved I had another path, and bless God, He changed me from the old ways. But when I got the baptism of the Holy Spirit I had another path I had to walk on; it was a higher plane, a higher righteousness, a higher requirement to be conformed to His image. But Tabernacles requires even more, taking off the shoes. This time you have to stand on Holy Ground. Holy means pure, undefiled, uncorrupted, immortality, it means the very fullness of life. And so Moses had to take off everything he knew. You can wear sandals in the unsaved realm, you can wear sandals in salvation and get away with things and God will give you grace. Even in Pentecost you can do some things and God will give you grace. But when you are going to see God face to face, and if you do see God face to face, your sandals will come off, your walk will change. That is what happened to Moses, because we find that Moses saw God face to face. How are you doing? How is your walk going? Have you seen God face to face, do you know what he looks like? How does God manifest Himself to you? Do you talk to Him on a face-to-face basis or is your Adamic nature so strong that you only hear from Him on an occasion? Is your Adamic nature so strong you still want God to bless you? Oh, God I need a blessing, I need you to bless me. Lord I need finances, Lord I command you to send me finances. Oh, carnal man that thou art. If you are in the experience of Tabernacles because you understand that as you seek the first the kingdom of God He gives to you everything that you need whenever you need it. It is not a question.

Let's consider Jesus. In John 3:13 it says, "No one has ascended to heaven but He who came down from heaven, that is the Son of Man who is in heaven." Heaven is a spiritual realm. Jesus lived and moved and had His being in heaven and He came down from that realm and He manifest Himself on the earthly plane although Jesus wasn't of it. But Jesus says, no man has ascended to heaven. No Adam can ascend. Men can be redeemed from the earth, Revelation 14:3. The "from" in the Greek is "ek", meaning out of, from out of, as unto. Therefore, what it means is your umbilical cord can be removed so that you can ascend out of the earth. But no man can ascend to heaven, no Adamic man can go up. Only the redeemed nature of the saint can ascend.

The only thing that can go to Adam is death. Death is the cure to the disease that Adam has. Adam is dying and the only cure is total death because that disease is terminal. There is nothing that this Adamic can inherit. Flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God. The kingdom of God or the kingdom of heaven is a spiritual realm. Jesus came out of the heavenly realm manifested Himself on the lower plane and this is that which we are talking about. The manifestation of who He is. So no man, no Adam can come up to that level. It is impossible.

John 3:31 says, "he that comes from above is above all; he that is of the earth is earthy and speaks of the earth, and he who comes from heaven is above all ." Adam was made from the dust of the earth; he is earthy there is no way that the earthy can know anything about heaven. It is impossible. He may take an idea from heaven and corrupt it into his own understanding but he can't bring it to pass. Hear what we are saying here. It is only God, it is only God that can do this thing. There is none other than He. It is only He that can manifest this. And that is what we are talking about here. Jesus is the very fullness of God. Adam can only manifest death. Now where are you? You are in Christ Jesus. Where are you? You are in the new creation man. Where are you? You can come boldly to the throne of grace. You can ascend up out of the earth because Jesus who is the door provides the means for you to go behind the veil. Meaning that you have left your veil of flesh, you have left the Adamic nature and can ascend because of the nature of Christ in you. But no man can go in, in any form.

Look at John chapter 7:30. It states, "Then they sought to take Jesus, but no man laid a hand on him, because his hour had not yet come." The Lord was the very fullness of life. They couldn't lay a hand on Him unless He let them lay a hand on Him. If it wasn't the appointed time, they couldn't touch Him, for the simple reason that Jesus was in God. He was the fullness of God made manifest in the flesh. How can an Adam touch God? He can't. Oh, I hope you are hearing me. If you are fully in Christ then Adam cannot touch you. Do you believe that? The devil came and could find nothing in Jesus. I want you to know that it is very important that you understand that if you are in Christ, then you also can make the same statement that the devil can come but can find nothing in you. Jesus said in John 14:30, "I'll no longer talk much with you for the ruler of this world is coming, and he has nothing in me." There is nothing Satan could touch. There is no way that Satan could pull Him down to that earthly realm as Satan pulled Adam down to live in that earthly realm. Satan can walk over the face of the earth, walk all over Adam and stir Adam up all the time. I want you to know that servant just slithered on the earth. He slithered over Adam all the time. He was above Adam because the earth was underneath the serpent. If you are in Christ Jesus that you are far above all principalities and powers of the air and you reside in the heavens. You set affections on that which is above and you can sit down in heavenly places with Christ Jesus without any death working in you. You see, no man could lay a hand on Jesus. No Adam can pull Jesus down out of that realm. No Adam could cause him to die. Christ was alive! He was alive because of who He was. Adam was dead because of who Jesus was. Adam has no life in himself and he can not pull down the life of God.

John 10:18 says some more things about the Lord I think that are very interesting. Jesus states; " No man takes it from me, but I lay it down of myself." Now some would interpret that as Jesus laying down His natural life. I believe Jesus was talking a little deeper than that, although that is true. When He left the heavenly state, He laid down his heavenly state to be manifest on the lowly, earthly estate and was the very fullness of God in the flesh and He laid down that spiritual life in order to reveal God in the lower life realm if you will - the realm of Adam, the realm of the dust, the realm of the dead. I mean there were walking dead people around there. All of them were walking dead people. He was the only one that had life in Him. Oh, Glory. And so Jesus came to those that were dying and Jesus came that He might give life. Isn't that great. Adam died and was dying, Jesus was living and giving life. So you see you can have life and be living, and changing or you can be dead and be dying still in Adam. Oh what an analogy. What we are saying here is that Jesus laid down that heavenly spiritual realm where He was a spirit being who preexisted in Christ if you will. He put on an earthly form so that He could deliver us from the bondage of corruption. He was the door, the way, the means, in order that we can enter in to who He is and once we have entered in to who He is, we too, can ascend.

No man can take His life from Him. It is impossible. If you are living in the realm of life, you can lay down your life. Oh, man can come against you just like they did Jesus. Man can put you on the cross just like they did Jesus. But how did they do that because He was the Son of God? They couldn't do it unless the Lord allowed it, unless it was part of the plan. We who are in Christ Jesus have no need to try to preserve this natural man. What good is it to preserve the natural man when he is going to die. No reason to preserve the Adamic, the degenerated soul. But I don't live in the unregenerate soul. Rather I live in Christ Jesus who made His soul an offering for sin, Isaiah 53:10. And since I am one with Him I am alive eternally, not bound by the natural, not bound by the Adamic by any means, not bound by the soulish, corrupt nature any longer. I control my destiny, the enemy cannot come against me and touch me unless it is my Lord's will, and if it is my Lord's will then I will not fight against it because it is that thing which He is accomplishing in me. Jesus did not fight against dying on the natural plane because it was part of the Lord's will and He knew that He had life in Himself and that He could raise Himself up. Paul wasn't concerned about dying because he knew he had life in himself and he could raise himself up. He did that twice.

In the Pentecostal heaven somebody has to heal you like Lazarus, but if you are in the fullness of who He is you live in the life realm and you are not bound by death on that lower plane. Some men might come but no man can take your life from you because of Him in whom you do live. Praise the Lord!

Paul states in 1 Corinthians 3:11: "For other foundation can no man lay than that which is laid, which is Christ Jesus." Adam can't lay any foundation. Adam may try to lay a foundation based upon idols or idol worship or legalism or living by faith or a prosperity message. But none of those things are foundations. Adam cannot make that thing work. Adam has many theories and many religious experiences but he cannot lay a foundation which is Christ Jesus. For once you are in Christ Jesus you are no longer in Adam and no other foundation can be laid in you. And it goes on a little further in 1Timothy 6:16 it states: "Who only has immortality dwelling in the light which no man can approach unto; whom no man has seen nor can see..." This is saying that Christ dwells in immortality and He dwells in light. Adam cannot stand the light because he is in darkness. And what part has darkness with light? The only way for darkness to be removed is for light to be turned on. You don't fight darkness you just turn on the switch. You can't fight Adam you just turn on the switch; you just turn on the Lord. You focus on the Lord, on the new creation man who you are in Him. Adam is gone. 1 John 1:7 states: " If we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship one with another and the blood of Jesus Christ cleanses us from all sin." We enter into that realm of life and nothing can separate us from that. Fellowship means that you are exchanging life - that you are discerning the body of Christ, that you begin to eat on each other. That is fellowship.

Many times you go to church functions and it is a social meal or a social gathering or the preacher preaches and then you have a fellowship time or maybe the teenagers play games. That is not fellowship. Fellowship is spiritual fellowship. You sit around the table you talk about the Lord. As we dwell in the light as He is in the light we are changed from glory to glory. And no man can approach that light. No Adam can come to the light of the Lord. Adam cannot be saved, but when you got saved it wasn't Adam that got saved. You were delivered from Adam. Glory be to God. Adam didn't get saved; Adam was destroyed. The carnal soul, the carnal mind, was removed because it was at enmity with God and was replaced with the very mind of Christ, the very thing that He offered. Isaiah 53:10 states that He offered his soul as an offering for sin. Why? because Adam was a living soul that died.

Some Christians are carnal Christians, who live in the old nature, trying to purify, sanctify it and clean it up and it's a whited sepulcher. But they do not understand because they think they are still sinners saved by grace. Here they are trying to help themselves to see God and they can't see God as long as they reside in Adam. Yet they are constantly residing in Adam because they want God to bless their flesh. As long as God blesses their flesh they can't reside in the Christ realm. As long as they are fighting Satan they are never in the life realm because they are in the death realm. Satan fights in the death realm, the lower order, the Adam realm. But no man can see God; therefore, you are separated from God and you are still living in Adam, you are still in the lower plane, you haven't risen up and ascended in who you are in Christ Jesus. You are still identifying with the old man and not with the new, Christ nature.

This is exciting that Adam cannot see God. It is a glorious thing because that means only God can manifest to the God in you. Oh, hallelujah. When you see God you can only see Him and Him crucified . You can only see Him high and lifted up and His train fills the temple. He alone has immortality. As we develop in the light we too put on immortality. We put on incorruption and this mortal puts on immortality. How is that done? As we don't reside in Adam. We have got to stop, change our path like Moses, take off our shoes (our old walk) and we can see Him face to face. As we see Him face to face, behold, we are changed. No longer looking in a glass darkly we move over into Christ, we begin to manifest who He is and we begin to see clearly who He is because our identification is hid with Christ in God.

"From henceforth let no man trouble me," Galatians 6:17. In Chapter 1:16 it states that it please God reveal the Son in Paul and that he was called from his mother’s womb. Have you ever though about that? Now that is a revolutionary thought, isn't it? Called from his mother’s womb to serve God and yet it must have been God's will he killed all those people, right? He had been serving God all along but in the wrong way. Paul was quite zealous and religious serving God through the Adamic nature of legalism, religion, etc. But now Paul was saying, let no man trouble me. I have been three years on the backside of the desert and the Spirit taught me. He was blind but now he sees. The scales had fallen off eyes. He became an apostle’s apostle. He was looked up to because he didn't know Jesus after the flesh and everybody else knew Jesus after the flesh. Paul only knew Christ Jesus after the Spirit; he never met the natural man, Jesus.

From this point on, no man can touch Paul; no man can give him worries; no man can move him, because of where he dwelt. Well where does he dwell? Galatians 6:17 states: "... for I bear in my body the marks of the Lord Jesus." Oh, Praise God! That is where he dwells. He dwells in the realm of the markings of the Lord Jesus, the sealing of the Lord Jesus. I know some will tell me that this will be the mark of the whipping, beatings and the stonings he had and most assuredly it is. There is a spiritual meaning here also. You are going to bear both marks. You are going to have a sealing in the spiritual, and you will have a sealing in the natural and we need to know and recognize that. We bear about in our bodies the punishments for sin even while we live and so also we bear about in our bodies the judgment of God even as we are persecuted. But be that as it may, when he says "I bear in my body the marks of the Lord Jesus" that means the signet ring seal. I bear in my body the dying of the Lord in order that you may have life, 2 Corinthians 4:10-11.

What is he saying? It is not a burden that he carries, but it is something that he carries, it's his seal, it's his identification with Christ. No man can touch him any more because he is in Christ. You go ahead and do what you want to do, go ahead and stab me with another stone, go ahead and throw another spear, it will not make any difference to me what you do because you can't touch me. That is what he is saying. No man can trouble him from that point on. How is your walk? Can you do it?

The times, as Peter, Paul and Mary, the singing group, used to say, are changing. There is a new order in the land. It is a spiritual order. It is a realm of God. The Kingdom has started. It has begun with you and in you. We are seeing it be made manifest in the flesh even this day. And yet we need to know that we don't look on the outward that is passing away. We don't look on anything in the natural that causes us to tremble. We know in Whom we live. Colossians 2:16 says, "Let no man therefore judge in meat or drink on respect of any holiday or the new moon or the sabbath." Don't let politics, nor a job, nor a family member, etc. bother you. Your substance is not in this. Your provision is in Him and so therefore you are not going to depend on Adam. There is no man, no Adam, who can tell you what you can and can't do. I Corinthians 2:15 says, "But he that is spiritual judges all things yet he himself is judged of no man."

Adam doesn't have enough sense to get in out of the rain. Adam doesn't even know he needs to be saved, so how can we be judged by Adam? We can't be, for we are spiritual. Therefore, no man can judge, no man can tell me these things. You are in Christ Jesus and there is no desire in you to sin. If you are in Christ in the new creation man you are not in Adam. Jesus never had the desire to sin. Only a man can be tempted by his own lust, but you have to be in Adam to do that. If you have entered into Tabernacles you are not in Adam, you are in Christ and no man can judge you.

In 2 Corinthians 12 Paul states that a person was caught up to paradise. He goes on to state in 2 Corinthians 12:4: "... caught up into paradise and heard unspeakable words, which it is not lawful for a man to utter." No man, no Adam can utter what is seen in the heavens, paradise. You see paradise is the realm wherein God lives. Before the fall Adam could see God face to face. Before Cain killed he could see the Lord face to face, but after he killed after he separated from God he cried because he said I will no longer be able to see you face to face (Gen.4:14). But here because of the work that Christ has done for us, as we reside in Christ Jesus our Lord then we can see Him face to face. It is a realm that surely I say to you today, you will be with me in paradise. Today He is saying it. You can be with me in paradise; you no longer are in Adam and there is no man that can judge you according to spiritual things. There is no man that can judge you in your holidays. There is no man who can express the words that you can express about God, no Adam can proclaim it only those that have entered into union with Him have experienced the oneness with Him can manifest it and proclaim it and say it is an ongoing process. Even as Adam died and is dying, so we have life and are living and have our being in Christ Jesus. No man can touch this thing that God is doing in this hour. No man can pull it down to the lower plane; no man can corrupt this word of life; no man can remove us out of the realm of life and the walk and the call to which we are called. No man can separate us from the love of God. No man can cause us to lean on the arm of the flesh, because we are not in the flesh, we are in Christ Jesus. Oh, Hallelujah. We are not in a man; we are in the Son of God.
