Why Do You Look Back

Many roads have been traveled. Many steps have been walked and are still being walked. Many sites have been seen and many words have been spoken. The road traveled has been rough for many, wide for others and narrow for still more. The visions seen have been joyous, dark, happy, sad, wonderous, and darkened. They have varied as have the visionaries. The words spoken have been kind and harsh; loved and hated; entreating and destructive. They have been said by lover and friend, brother and enemy. Yet when all has passed, Why Do You Look Back?

Ge 19:26 "But his wife looked back from behind him, and she became a pillar of salt"

There is nothing behind you and everything before you. You have entered in the front gate and laid you life down before the alter. You have sacrificed all and have shed your blood. You have washed yourself in the Laver and been cleansed in the waters of baptism. You have seen all in the Outer Court, and have walked on into the Holy Place. Why Do You Look Back?

You have partaken of the spiritual gifts and have eaten of the manna and been given light untold to see things that many have not. You have been a part of healings and miracles. Spoken in heavenly languages and felt the touch of the Master lift you into realms unknown. Why Do You Look Back?

And now, you enter the Holy of Holies. Now you walk, talk, vision and speak from another real. There is nothing before you, but the Ark of God. God alone. His presence surrounds you, engulfs you like a lovers arms surrounding her love. There is nothing here but God and you. You have left ALL behind, never more to walk the Outer Realm, with all the sacrifices and the Cross. Never more to partake of the gifts of the Spirit and the realm of the Holy Place. For there is nothing behind you that can take the place of that which you are walking in now. ALL there is, is before you
