BIRTHING A NEW CREATION PEOPLE
When God is ready to implement a certain plan he first finds and equips a person or a people, who will be fitted for the task that he plans to use. In fact there is nothing that God does on this earth that does not involve mankind. Because God is spirit, he is invisible and so to plan and initiate something on this earth must involve man. Jesus Christ made it clear that he is the ALPHA and the OMEGA of all mankind, not just as the first man created in Gen 1:26, but he is also the last man and in a very real sense, is actually everyone in between. However when we consider mankind on the earth, we understand that God created just ONE MAN CHRIST JESUS, but IN HIM was all of mankind. This means that the identity of every man is to be found in that ONE MAN, Jesus Christ. In 1John 4:17 we are told that, “as HE IS so are we in this world.” This is an amazing truth which can lift us up into another dimension if we can only believe it.
Every person on this earth has come out of God, and everyone has been created in the IMAGE OF GOD, with the character and nature of God built in, because for everyone, God has a plan and a purpose in mind for them. God’s will and purpose is established on the basis that every man was created in CHRIST JESUS, who is God manifest in the Flesh. It would be foolishness to consider that what Father has purposed to do on this earth could be done by a MORTAL HUMAN BEING. The reason seems to come back to the fact that mankind generally, and Christians in particular, do not know who they really are. The Apostle John stated clearly, “AS HE IS (NOW) SO ARE WE IN THIS WORLD.” Jesus said he MUST GO AWAY, because we needed to lose sight of that one MAN Jesus, and discover that what he was on this earth, so are we NOW. We are the visible manifestation of the Invisible Christ dwelling in each one of us, and we are also GOD manifest in the Flesh. Are you hearing this? Once we accept our true identity it will be simple to do the will of God. Jesus declared, “IT IS THE FATHER IN ME THAT DOES THE WORK.”
There are many people who do not believe that God has a purpose for every man he has created. As a result they live by the choices in life that they make, being ignorant of God’s will for them. Proverbs 19:21 “There are many devices (thoughts) in a man's heart; nevertheless the counsel of the LORD, that shall stand.” If we miss God’s intention for us, life will simply be like a game of chance, where you win some and you lose some. If the direction for our life was determined by God in the beginning, then it would be reasonable to consider that we have been fitted for the assignment Father has purposed for us. But in Proverbs 1:29 it speaks about those who hate wisdom, understanding and knowledge, and did not choose to reverence the lord. Therefore they will eat the fruit of their own way, and be filled with their own counsel. But whoever hears my voice and is obedient shall dwell in security, and never have a fear of evil.
God spoke to Jeremiah and said, “Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you, and before you came out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.” The truth is that all of mankind were known by God before they were born on this earth. This is because mankind was CREATED out of God in that first man who was Christ, and Christ is spirit where they remained, until their birthing on the earth. IN CHRIST was all of mankind as the SEED OF GOD. We understand that we were also a seed in our earthly father and our grandfather and so on before we were born, so if we trace that back to the beginning, that same seed which was Christ, was the very seed of God from which we all have come. The truth is we have all come from that ONE SEED which is Christ, and therefore God’s intension, is that the seed be allowed to develop its own potential in us to fulfil the purpose for which we have been put on this earth. Jesus Christ said, “I come to do thy will O my God.” Again he said, “I only say what I hear my Father say, and I only do what I see my Father do.” Our desire then will be, “Thy will be done on this earth as it is being done in heaven.”
Our relationship to the Father is not based upon religious concepts or ideas born in the mind of man, but upon the fact that we are the OFFSPRING OF GOD. Isaiah 61:9 “And their seed shall be known among the Gentiles or the Nations, and their offspring among the people: all that see them shall acknowledge them, that they are the seed which the LORD hath blessed.” For IN HIM we LIVE and MOVE and HAVE OUR BEING. The only “Seed” that God has blessed is his SON JESUS CHRIST, for he said, Matthew 3:17 And lo there was a voice from heaven, saying, “This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.” The Greek word used here, signifies a thing of great worth and such as is highly pleasing to God. This is the one in whom all of mankind came into existence, lacking nothing and fulfilling every expectation of God. Paul adds to this understanding of our divine heritage in Acts 17:26 - 28. Please read these scriptures slowly and carefully for they contain present day TRUTH for every person but has been overlooked by many.
“GOD hath made of one blood (of ONE STOCK or SOURCE, OUT OF THE O-N-E) all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the (KAIROS) times and events (predetermined in the mind of God) before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation (in accord with his Kingdom concept for the world ). That they should seek the Lord, if haply they might (seek to discover their divine heritage, the Root from which they have come) and find him, (dwelling IN THEM) though he be not far from every one of us. For in him we live, and move, and have our being (Gk eimi= TO BE or I AM,) as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring.”
I have added an expansion of the KEY WORDS in brackets to help reveal the TRUTH.
When Jesus Christ came into the world he demonstrated this Eternal Life that is resident in all of us. Revelation 22:16 “I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.” Jesus Christ is both the ROOT and the OFFSPRING. What does this mean. Jesse was the Father of David and David was his offspring, but now Jesus Christ says he is both the ROOT and the Offspring of DAVID. In Matthew 1:1 we read, “The book of the generation of Jesus Christ, the son of David, the son of Abraham.” There are these two men that Jesus Christ presents to us as the root stock from which he (CHRIST) had come in manifestation. Their lives were very different as to their natural birthing, and to the role that they played in fulfilling the purposes of God. But Jesus Christ declares that he is the son of both these men. In this writing I want to look into the lives of these two men and see how they fit together in the will and purposes of God, and their relationship to us today.
Of these two men Abraham was the first historically, becoming the root and the offspring of Jesus Christ fulfilling the divine purposes of God for that time. The first Adam was given visibility on the earth according to Gen 2:7, as the Lord God FORMED a body from the dust of the earth with all of its intricate cells, designed to function according to the pattern that was in the mind of God. When the body was complete the Lord God BREATHED INTO HIS NOSTRILS the BREATH OF LIFE. This breath contained the LIFE FACTOR of God himself, and the body was designed to function on that principle of LIFE. There was no mention of blood involved in that body, but the very atmosphere of God was sufficient to support the life of Adam as he was put into the Garden of Eden, representing the place of the divine presence of God. That Garden of Eden was sufficient for all the needs of the Man with his life being sustained by the atmosphere in which he lived. That same atmosphere is in the Most Holy Place that is within man today. Paul calls it the INNER MAN (2 Cor 4:16) which he says is being “renewed every day,” meaning to remain in its original condition, not being subject to degeneration, or anything that could lower its quality for it is constantly evolving from its source. This SAME LIFE is IN YOU TODAY. Think about this.
Adam was told that he could eat the fruit of all the trees in the garden, which represent his thoughts. The Prophet Isaiah said, Isaiah 26:3 “Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee, that is supported, upheld and sustained constantly by a close relationship and a confidence in the Lord.” But if our thoughts move beyond the Trees of God’s Garden into other areas of thought, then the PEACE OF GOD will be lost to us. We are not told how long Adam lived within the bounds of the Garden in perfect relationship with God in ONENESS and unity, walking and conversing as ONE. That Garden of pure delight is within every man, where we can live in that pure life sustaining atmosphere of God, for the Apostle Paul says that our body is the TEMPLE OF GOD, and this life is available for us today.
However the unity and integrity of man was interrupted in the Garden, as the female or soul aspect of man began to function independently, creating a duality within the man, which challenged the spirit’s authority to rule. In the beginning man was created spirit which is male and female functioning together as one, so that man resembled God in that he had the ability to reproduce out of himself. James 1:18 states, “God begat us OF HIS OWN WILL that we should be a kind of FIRSTFRUITS of the GOD KIND OF PEOPLE.” ( my translation). God’s offspring are all a “FIRSTFRUITS PEOPLE” who are an integral PART OF THAT ORIGINAL MAN. James says they are all “The God kind of people.” However, the Female aspect or SOUL began to function independently from the spirit, and man BECAME a LIVING SOUL who could no longer manifest the qualities of that ETERNAL LIFE, and his offspring no longer carried the expression of the life of God’s original. Man now became unable to reproduce out of himself (Spirit) but now required the help of the Female or Soul. Man’s offspring does not bear the imprint of God’s original, but now takes on the image of the earthly, being the product of an “EGG and a SPERM,” instead of imaging the SPIRIT MAN. Adam’s first born was a murderer having killed his brother Abel. The offspring of mankind reflected less and less of God’s original concept, “In his (God’s) own likeness and image, but instead the offspring now reflected the image of the M-A-N. Until we come to Gen 6:3. And the LORD said, “My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years.”
Gardeners know that if you grow water-melons and keep the seed from one year’s crop to the next, you will get smaller fruit and the taste and colour will also deteriorate. To get good melons you have to go back to the ROOT STOCK to get the good seed for the next crop. This is a principle known to good gardeners and it never changes. As a result God limited the life of mankind to prevent the decline from increasing too rapidly. God speaks again in this chapter and says in, Genesis 6:6 “And it repented the LORD that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart. And the LORD said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repents me that I have made them. But Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD.” The word “Repent” is used about 40 times in the Old Testament, and in nearly all cases it refers to God. God's heart is grieved at man's iniquity, and in love He bestows His grace, even in the face of man’s rejection. This can only be expressed in terms of human emotions, but remember that GOD IS NOT A MAN, but he is SPIRIT. It indicates the aroused emotions of God which prompt Him to a different course of dealing with the people. Man’s attraction to earthliness has had an adverse effect upon all of creation, and not just concerning himself.
As the story unfolds in Genesis we see how mankind had already entered a downward spiral that would affect all succeeding generations and this required a divine intervention at that point. Just at this moment in history there is a MAN that God has identified as a suitable person through whom to begin to institute a change in the course of history, and his name is Noah. Let us reflect on this man for a moment to see what made him stand out from the rest of mankind. We go back to Enoch who was the seventh from Adam for he had this testimony, that he pleased God. There are only two man of whom it is recorded that they WALKED WITH GOD, and they are Enoch and Noah, So in the midst of a world of sin and wickedness these two men stand out. This is the challenge that I am facing right now as I am writing these words, first to challenge my own commitment. Then to ask, who is today WALKING consistently with God, who could be a vessel through which God could provide a remedy to bring correction and change to this world of darkness?”
God had two men in the day of which we are writing who both lived and breathed God every day. Christianity today has failed to produce people who hear the heart cry of God for the day in which we live. Hannah in her day was alone in her tears and grief to satisfy the desperate need for a PRIEST in her day, who could stop the doors of God’s Temple being closed, and to restore the LIGHT of God that had almost gone out in the Temple. Many Christians live today in a remarkably similar time, but where are those who can hear the cry of God and respond as did Isaiah, who answered the challenge in his day saying. “LORD SEND ME.” There is very little being done to see the eyes of the spiritually blind opened, and the ears of the spiritually deaf opened to hear the voice of God. Where are those who are concerned to see the lame raised up to walk in the ways of the Lord. Sickness, pain, suffering and death stalk the streets of every city today but where are those who hear the cry of the Lord and show any kind of concern. We pray every day, “Thy Kingdom Come, Thy will be done on this earth as it is done in heaven,” but do nothing to establish the kingdom of God on this earth
God found a MAN in NOAH whose name means “REST.” He was the son of Lamech, whose name means, “The striker down,” a wild man. He was the fifth in descent from Cain and was the first to violate the original ordinance of marriage in Gen 2:24. Noah is the father of Shem, Ham, and Japheth; builder of the ark which saved his family from the destruction of the flood. Noah became the progenitor of another race of people who would turn the tide of humanity from its path of destruction. In Noah we see a new beginning of a people who had found the answer to the FLESH problem and its consequences. For one hundred and twenty years Noah engaged in a task to build the Ark under divine direction. That activity in itself was a testimony to the world of his day, but he also shared his faith in God. You can understand that for a people who had never seen RAIN, to preach about a flood from rain for forty days and nights brought forth laughter and derision from the people. He never saw one convert apart from his family. Yet he never wavered in doing the will of God. Noah had never seen rain in his life either, but he never doubted the word that God had spoken to him.
There is so much here for us to learn, but let us look at just a few things. The number forty in the scriptures speaks to us of “Probation or Chastisement,” but not judgment. Chastisement is correction or Child training and this is the divine activity when God is dealing with his people. The number forty is composed of five multiplied by eight, with the five speaking to us of GRACE and the eight speaking of RENEWAL or new beginning. The “Ark” represents Christ and the 120 years is 40 X 3, which speaks to us of a divinely appointed probation. Man’s life expectancy was reduced to 120 years giving him time to find the solution to sickness, pain, suffering and death that has come upon the earth. The ark was under construction in full view of the people but no one understood its relevance to them. The “Living Substance” referred to in Gen 7:4 is the translation of a Greek word meaning, “The rising up of a people banding together in opposition to something.” Remember that Jesus Christ was born on this earth 2000 years ago and lived openly before the people for 33 years preaching and helping people, healing the sick and raising the dead, he stopped the storm and walked on the water, but he was despised and rejected of men a man of sorrows and aquatinted with grief. They could not see that like Noah he had the answer for every man to set them free.
Noah only saw his own family saved from the flood having provided the Ark to deliver them. The flood simply lifted Noah and his family up elevating them to the top of the mountain, where the Lord has established his house. The word “Ararat” means “The Curse reversed,” for God promised never to curse the earth again, and put a rainbow in the sky to remind us of his promise. The seven colours of the rainbow represent the glory of the Lord. Life for them would begin on a higher level but they were not free of the FLESH as yet, only while they were IN THE ARK. Once they left the Ark representing Christ the flesh rose up to function again. So the purposes of God continue to unfold as he looks again for another man, from whom a new beginning and a new LIFE for mankind could begin.
Abraham, the tenth generation from Noah.
The next man is Abram meaning “Exalted Father.” God found this man in a most unlikely place, in a heathen country worshipping idols, and involved with the most barbaric idolatry in the worship of a god called Moloch. The name “Moloch” means King, and is the name of the national god of the Ammonites, who ruled the lives of the people. The highest form of worship of this god was to sacrifice by fire their first born child to Molock. Solomon, during his reign as King built an altar to this god on the mount of Olives, which remained until the reign of Josiah. Such is the background of the man God had chosen to begin a new race of people.
How was it possible for God to apprehend such a man with no evangelist or preacher available in this heathen land? The answer is that in Creation, God created the man to be his dwelling place. This means the spirit which is God dwells in every man from creation. Paul challenged the Christians in Corinth by saying, “Don’t you know, your body is the Temple of God, which declared that our BODY is THE MOST HOLY PLACE in which he now lives. In 1 Cor 6:19 Paul makes it very clear that today our Body is THE MOST HOLY PLACE where God dwells, but of course so many are ignorant of these truths. Religion has brought confusion to many by putting God in a place they call Heaven, which they say is UP IN THE SKY. How wonderful it is, when we know the TRUTH that God dwells IN US.
To help us understand what this means in terms of man’s relationship with God, let us use a modern term, and say that God who is spirit is “HARD WIRED” into every atom and cell in our body. The Atoms comprising our body are related to spirit rather than to consider that they are flesh and blood, consisting of a nucleus with a proton and a neutron revolving around it. God said in Jeremiah 1:5 “Before I formed you in the belly I knew you, and before you came forth out of the womb I sanctified you, and I ordained you a prophet unto the nations.” Our existence goes back beyond our birth into this world, and our identity was already established in God, and also our divine ordination enabling us to fulfil his will and purpose in us.
It is the simplest operation for God to make contact with us, if only we would be willing to listen and be obedient. The Psalmist said, “BE STILL AND KNOW THAT I AM GOD.” It is as simple as that and yet millions of Christians have never heard the voice of God. While our Carnal Mind is active it will drown out the STILL SMALL VOICE of God. We must understand God will never force himself upon us nor will he demand we listen for his voice. But when we decide to still every other voice, then God’s voice will be heard, and what he says is SPIRIT AND LIFE.
Genesis 11:31 “And Terah took Abram his son, and Lot the son of Haran his son's son, and Sarai his daughter in law, his son Abram's wife; and they went forth with them from Ur of the Chaldees, to go into the land of Canaan; and they came unto Haran, and dwelt there.” But Terah was not commissioned by God to lead that group into Canaan and therefore he passes from the scene in Haran. But we are told in Genesis 12:1 “Now the LORD had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father's house, unto a land that I will show you.” Abram moved by divine direction and the true journey had begun. Many Christians begin the journey of life, but are not LED BY THE LORD, simply because they never stilled all the other voices to hear the ONE VOICE of authority, which belongs to God. In these days of financial instability how many Christians could have weathered the storm without financial loss, if they had only heard the voice of God. How many could have avoided the heart ache of a divorce, if they had consulted with God before they made a decision about their choice of a wife. How many Christian young people are overcome by their problems and turn to drugs instead of hearing the wisdom of God that is available to them. We all have access to the wisdom of the universe, if we could only believe God is right there, and is literally part and parcel of our BODY.
Noah went so far, but could not endure, so now God calls a heathen man Abram to birth a new race of people. Did God know Abraham while he was in that heathen country? Of course God knew him even before he was born. Unknown to Abram, God was preparing him for the purpose that he had in mind for him, even in a heathen country. You will notice that Abram never wavered in doing what God had told him to do. Remember he did not know where he was going nor did he know the pathway to get there, so he simply FOLLOWED THE LORD. We are all called to obey the voice of God which is also living by Faith, which means to trust God completely. The Lord’s promise to him was, “I will make of you a great nation, and I will bless you, and make your name great; and you will be a blessing: And I will bless them that bless you, and curse him that curses you: and in you shall all families of the earth be blessed.” The difference between the Blessing and the Curse is however, simply an authoritative declaration of the eternal connection between obedience to God bringing peace and fulfilment, while disobedience will in itself result in darkness and disappointment. It is said of Abram that he inherited the promises of God and revealed truth that would be hid from many even to this day, because of unbelief.
His journey continued until the day of the battle of a group of Kings who had taken Lot captive and Abram was told about this. Genesis 14:12 “And they took Lot, Abram's brother's son, who dwelt in Sodom, and his goods, and departed.” Abram was not interested simply in what the Kings were doing until it affected one of his family. This could not be tolerated for Abram’s family had been blessed of the Lord so anyone who touched them touched the Lord. He rounded up his servants and set off to rescue Lot, which he did defeating the Kings and winning the battle. On his return he is met by Melchisedek the King of Salem and the Priest of the Most High God. He is the King of Peace on the earth but he is a PRIEST of El Elyon. No one knew of such a priesthood who directly represented the Most High God. In fact there was no established priesthood on the earth at that time.
Genesis 14:18 “And Melchizedek king of Salem brought forth bread and wine: and he was the priest of the Most High God.” And he blessed him, and said, Blessed be Abram of the most high God, possessor of heaven and earth. Abram was now connected to the Most High God and was initiated into the purposes of God involving Reconciliation and redemption of all mankind. He now possessed both heaven and the earth which had been placed in the hands of man. Psalm 82:6 “I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the Most High God.” The picture here is that God is the MOST HIGH GOD and we are all Gods under him, not to take the place of God, but to function under him as Gods to perform that which is the will and purpose of God.
Abram is unique in the history of man and is called a FRIEND OF GOD. He is now linked with the redemption of the world, but there is much that he yet needs to learn. All these things raised the question of children for Abram, because God had told him Genesis 17:6 “And I will make thee exceeding fruitful, and I will make nations of thee, and kings shall come out of thee.” And Abram said, “Behold, to me thou hast given no seed: and, lo, one born in my house is mine heir.” But this was rejected by God who called him out of his tent and asked him to count the stars. Abram replied that he could not, and the answer came back, “SO SHALL THY SEED BE.” This was said to a man whose wife had never been pregnant and now was 80 years old. But Abram seemed to have no problem believing God. I want you to realize that Abram represents you and I on the earth today, for the blessing of Abraham is passed on to all mankind, when God said, “IN YOU AND YOUR SEED SHALL ALL THE NATIONS OF THE EARTH BE BLESSED.” The “YOU” is very clear that it refers to Abram, but we need to understand what does “YOUR SEED” refer to?
It is the Apostle Paul who takes up this question and gives us the answer. In Gal 3:16 Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. But God did not say, “And to seeds, as of many; but as of one (SEED), And to THY SEED, WHICH IS CHRIST.” Now we know that God was speaking about Jesus Christ being the SEED Of ABRAHAM. But for us today most Christians believe that he was not born on this earth until thousands of years later in Bethlehem. It may come as a surprise for you to know that Abraham was the first one in scripture to birth Christ. First of all let us look at Matt. 1:1 which tells us, “This is the book of the generation of Jesus Christ, the son of David, the son of Abraham..” We will speak more about David later but for now we will consider how this came to be so for Abraham. The first thing God did was to change Abram’s name which involved a change of nature and character. Genesis 17:4 “As for me, behold, my covenant is with you, and you will be a father of many nations. Neither shall your name be any more called Abram, but thy name shall be Abraham; for a father of many nations have I made thee.” This new name means “Father of a multitude.” It is interesting to notice that God simply took one letter from his own name, the letter “H” or Hod and added it to Abram making it ABRAHAM. You will also note that to pronounce the letter “H” involves BREATHING OUT, and this symbolizes the Breath Covenant God made with man in Gen 2:7, when the Lord God BREATHED into the nostrils of that first man Adam the LIFE of God himself. Man is the only creature on this earth that God ever breathed LIFE into, not into a dog or a cat. Abraham now became aware within himself of that same life that we all received in Gen 2:7, but many have never appropriated.
Lord help us today to grasp the truth of that “Breath Covenant” you made with mankind and help us to begin to function out of the LIFE of the SPIRIT or breath of God.
While we function out of the LIFE that is in our blood, we will be mortal and suffer from all the diseases and sicknesses that are in the world and then succumb to death. Our true LIFE is not in our BLOOD but in the SPIRIT or BREATH OF GOD that dwells in us today.
Breathe on me breath of God and fill me with life anew. That I may say what you have said, and do what you would do,
Now Abraham is ready for the next phase of his assignment from God, which is to bring forth the Christ. I trust you can see that this is not just history, but is revealing the life that we must live if we are to fulfil the will and purpose of God. This next step is vital for every one of us in this our day. He now has the promise that his “Seed” will be as the stars of heaven so he shares with Sarai what God had said, but she could not see that she could have a part in the birthing of their son and heir, so she decided to use a surrogate mother and have the child through her. It was decided that Hagar their Egyptian slave girl should be used to produce the wanted child. All went well and the child arrived and Abraham called the boy ISHMAEL. At the appropriate time Abraham paraded Ishmael before the Lord telling him that this was his son and heir that had been promised. God was not impressed and told Abraham that was not the child that he promised him.
So many of God’s people have also birthed an ISHMAEL having joined a fellowship of Church that could help in the process, only to find God rejecting what we have produced. The birthing of the SEED OF GOD is a very personal experience and no one can help us, as Abram was told, You and Sarah alone will produce the Seed of God. Again the Lord appeared to Abraham, Genesis 17:1 “And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, the LORD appeared to Abram, and said unto him, I am the Almighty God; walk before me, (face to Face beholding me who I am, and being convinced that you are totally complete, lacking nothing) and be thou perfect.” Beloved, this is the word that we all need to hear Father say to us today. So many Christians only see themselves as mortal human beings so are incapable of functioning according to Father’s will and purpose. Most of God’s people live in a FLESH AND BLOOD BODY so they are incomplete and waiting to die and get their heavenly body. If this is you, then you are not, “Beholding the Lord” but seeing yourself simply as a mortal man.
This vision Abraham received that day enabled him to fulfil the will and purpose of God in birthing the Christ. This was a revelation of “EL Shadday” “GOD ALMIGHTY,” capable of doing anything you plan to do, now dwelling in ME, revealing my true identity. I hear him say to Abraham, “Let us start again, and this time please do not try and help me.” You and Sarah your wife is all I need to bring forth your SON and HEIR while your spiritual consciousness is focused upon me. We need to grasp this most important truth, stop looking through the eyes of your HUMANITY, and ask Father to open your spiritual eyes, so you can see REALITY. Abraham has so much to teach us, but we have read his story so many times, but only as HISTORY.
What does this episode in Abraham’s life speak to us about, or is it not relevant to us today. I believe it is very relevant to our lives today for this reason. We learn from the Apostle Paul that we ARE THE SEED OF ABRAHAM who actually birthed the CHRIST. Can you grasp the truth that Abraham was called and fitted to change the course of humanity. He was ordained to start a new race of people who would be BORN OF GOD, and the SEED OF THAT PEOPLE WAS IN ABRAHAM, and that same seed is IN YOU TODAY. We have within us today all that is necessary to “Birth the CHRIST,” changing the course of history in our world.
Please do not read on until you get a hold of this truth.
Our calling is for exactly the same purpose, if you are doing what you are doing as a ministry or even simply as a Christian, please understand, that GOD IS NOT JUST WANTING TO FILL HEAVEN WITH PEOPLE!!!!! We are on this earth to begin a new race of people who are BORN OF GOD. The question is who could possible birth such a people? So the MESSENGER OF GOD visited a young VIRGIN GIRL, who was never married and had never known a man. Sounds like another Sarah, in the sense that she was almost 90 years old and had never produced a child and now in the natural IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE. But she had the natural seed of Abraham, but the egg and the sperm would only produce a mortal child even if that were possible. NO…. we are speaking about birthing a NEW CREATION PERSON who is “BORN OF GOD” and not of an egg and a sperm. ABRAHAM had the seed which was THE SEED OF GOD, and as Abraham and Sarah were one in reality, the SON OF GOD could be birthed. In natural marriage the TWO become ONE F-L-E-S-H, But if we are joined to the LORD, Paul said, we become O-N-E S-P-I-R-I-T, and that is the union that produces Christ. This is not a man functioning with the help of God, THIS IS GOD AND THE MAN becoming ONE and being able to accomplish whatever God desires. If only we could get a hold of these truths Father is teaching us through Abraham, our lives would be transformed.

Paul makes this clear to us in Galatians 3:26 “For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus. For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, ( we are the product of a heavenly seed) there is neither bond nor free, (if the son shall make you free then you are free indeed) there is neither male nor female (no separation) for ye are all one IN (NOT WITH) Christ Jesus. And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise (that our seed shall be as the STARS OF HEAVEN.) When Paul says we have “PUT ON CHRIST” it literally means to “Sink into,” like putting on a coat you sink into it, and the coat takes on the form of the one wearing it. He likens this to being Baptized into Christ seeing it as PUTTING ON CHRIST, so that the one baptized takes the form of the CHRIST. Could I ask the question, “Were you ever baptized into Christ, and if so when did that take place?” I do not think that was our water baptism, which was INTO his Death, Burial and Resurrection.
John’s ministry at the river Jordan was a baptism unto repentance, for the forgiveness of sins. But then Jesus appears and asks John to baptize him, but John refuses feeling that he needs Jesus Christ to baptize him. However in Matthew 3:15 Jesus answering said unto him, “Suffer it to be so now: for thus it becomes us to fulfil all righteousness. Then he suffered him.” This was not a baptism of repentance for Jesus Christ had never sinned, but this was a Baptism that would accomplish something in him that was necessary to fulfil his assignment in the world. He was born of a woman although he was not born of an egg and a sperm. He was the product of the SEED OF GOD that is in every one of us, and it is our responsibility to produce the same. Something was needed for him to become identified, as being a part of the fourth dimension world of spirit, not just for himself but for others also. So he was baptized in the River Jordan by John. The river Jordan represents “Death” and this is the last enemy that is to be destroyed. His Baptism in Jordan showed that death could not affect him. The Gospel has included Immortality, but very few Christians believe it. Many have told me that everyone has to die first. Well Elijah and Enoch escaped the power of death and so the possibility has always been there. Then Jesus Christ died and was buried and on the third day he arose from the grave having defeated the power of death for ever.
I happen to believe that the symbolic “DOVE” was the same one that Noah released from the Ark on the top of the mountain the last time, when it never returned, until that moment when it had found a suitable resting place in Jesus Christ. John knew that this identified him as the son of God.
Remember that John told the people that he had come to Baptize with water, but that there would be one coming after him that is mightier than I, who is so holy that I am not worthy to bear his shoes, “He shall Baptize you with the Holy Ghost and with fire, whose fan (a winnowing shovel) is in his hand, and he will thoroughly cleanse his threshing floor, and gather his wheat (Harvest) into the garner; but he will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire.” This is what Paul was speaking about when he speaks of BEING BAPTISED INTO CHRIST and PUTTING ON CHRIST. This baptism cannot be administered by any man regardless of his credentials, for the BAPTISER IS CHRIST. John said clearly, “HE” WOULD BAPTIZE YOU WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT and WITH FIRE. Unfortunately the Pentecostal movement has helped to destroy the INTENT AND THE PROCESS of this baptism having reduced it to an experience of the laying on of hands and seeking to release a result called, “SPEAKING IN TONGUES.” Not that the gift is wrong but I do not read of this being the defining evidence of this baptism, as it is reported by John. Around the world a person who can utter a few unintelligible words is considered to have been baptized in the Spirit. This is the issue and not simply speaking in tongues.
Lord help us to get back on track.
What is the “Baptism with the Holy Spirit and with fire,” designed to accomplish? The reference to the threshing floor helps us to understand something of what Father has in mind. He is seeking a harvest, because the Sower has gone out and sowed the seed which is Christ. If we allow Christ the SEED of God, to be planted in the soil of their humanity, then the process of Change has begun. The Seed having LIFE IN ITSELF germinates and puts down roots into the soil of our earthiness, drawing up the minerals and nutriments transforming them into living tissue, which is what plants do. The Seed of God develops and produces the Harvest God is seeking, that is exactly the same as the original seed Created out of God, which becomes as the “Stars of Heaven.” So in this Baptism, God is providing the evidence of that harvest that is the product of “Christ the SEED” in us. Paul explains this process by saying, “He that is baptized into Christ has PUT ON CHRIST.” This then is the initial ministry of the Spirit in us, TO BIRTH the CHRIST IN US, just as Mary did according to the word of the Angel.
Luke 1:31 “And, behold you will conceive in your womb, and bring forth a son, and call his name JESUS. The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the “Highest” (the Most High God) shall overshadow (project his image upon) thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be BORN OF YOU giving visibility to him in this world, shall be called the Son of God.
God called a man out of heathendom to change the course of humanity, and to birth a people who would belong to another world, and his name was Abraham. But today where are those people, with such a vision today, and where is the manifestation of Christ on the earth? The only expression Christ has on the earth is through the MAN he created in the beginning. That man was Christ Jesus and IN THAT MAN is the SEED OF EVERY PERSON ON THE EARTH. Man was created to give visibility on this earth to the invisible God who is spirit. Man is SPIRIT ALSO, so God has given us a body specifically designed so that it would be a suitable vessel through which he could express himself. We have forgotten that JESUS WAS THE TRUE BODY of the Christ, and CHRIST WAS THE EXPRESSION of that life. Matt 16:16. Let us understand from the life of Abraham, how the will and purpose of God was accomplished. He starts with a man about a hundred years old, and a woman Sarah who was barren and now she was 90 years old. But with God all things are possible so there is no problem. We tend to skip over the dealings this couple had with God, but every time God appeared to Abraham he lost a little more of his earthliness and gained more of that other world. But is not God the same yesterday, today and forever, what he did in Abraham’s day he can still do today. Revelation has increased tremendously so we should be expecting much more that Abraham.
Genesis 18:1 And the LORD appeared unto him in the plains of Mamre, and he sat in the tent door in the heat of the day; And he lift up his eyes and looked, and, lo, three men stood by him: and when he saw them, he ran to meet them from the tent door, and bowed himself toward the ground, Let a little water, I pray you, be fetched, and wash your feet, and rest yourselves under the tree. I believe these three represented certain men that were yet to be born, who would fulfil the will and purposes of God on the earth. Abraham washed their feet, then provided food for them until they were satisfied.
These men then revealed the reason for their visit, which concerned Sarah, asking where she was. Abraham told them she was in the tent. And the visitor said, “I will certainly return unto thee according to the time of life; and, lo, Sarah thy wife shall have a son.” And Sarah heard it in the tent door, which was behind him. Therefore Sarah laughed within herself saying, “After I am waxed old shall I have pleasure, my lord being old also?” She was limited by here natural mind but had not yet seen what “GOD ALMIGHTY” could do. And the LORD said unto Abraham, Wherefore did Sarah laugh, saying, Shall I of a surety bear a child, which am old? Is anything too hard for the LORD? At the time appointed I will return unto thee, according to the time of life, and Sarah shall have a son. There was absolutely no doubt that Abraham’s WIFE would produce the son and heir.
We need to be reminded that man was created as spirit which is Male and Female functioning together as ONE. Spirit has no gender so there is no such thing as a MALE spirit or a FEMALE spirit, there is only SPIRIT that has the capacity to reproduce out of itself. God said to Adam, not Adam and Eve, be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth. Only after Adam was outside the Garden of Eden did Adam need EVE in order to have children. That was not the way man was created. James 1:18 says Of his own will God begat us with the word of truth, that we should be a kind of first fruits of his creatures or (The God kind of people). What God created in the beginning was the “FIRST FRUITS” and that MAN was Christ Jesus. This means, “THAT MAN” was the guarantee that ALL OF MANKIND would also be IN HIS IMAGE AND LIKENESS, for that is the LAW OF FIRSTFRUITS. The firstfruits are the first storks of wheat that mature before the rest of the harvest is ready for the reaper. It was established as a law in Israel that whatever the first fruits are, that is exactly what the rest of the harvest will be.
Reproduction is not a subject that is known or understood by the majority of Christian. We understand that a Virgin called Mary was able to produce the Son of God the savoir of the world, but that was 2000 years ago so it is just history for most people. To suggest that this is the will of God, that all of us produce the Christ of God as a spiritual reality, is not to be considered. But for some reason the Apostle Paul thought differently. Galatians 4:19 “My little children, of whom I travail in birth again until Christ be formed in you,” It is CHRIST IN YOU that is the HOPE OF GLORY FOR GOD. Galatians 3:16 “Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He says not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to thy seed which is Christ.” We must understand that WE are not the ones to inherit the promises to Abraham, for they were given to HIS S-E-E-D, which is CHRIST. This only becomes our reality as we BIRTH the CHRIST IN US. Of course CHRIST is in every man BUT EXISTS ONLY AS A SEED. That seed contains the “SPERMA” or LIFE of God, and is ENERGISED by the Holy Spirit the presence of God.
We become a witness of this truth in the life of Abraham and Sarah. In God The Male and the female are O-N-E with no separation, so we are now looking at SARAH and ABRAHAM spiritually, and seeing them as ONE. Today, if we want a child we need our wife to supply the “EGG” while the man supplies the “Sperm.” Through the union of these two the foetus begins to form. But God is spirit and his offspring must be the same and so reproduction is very different. Do you realize that man today reproduces exactly the same as a dog or a cat or a horse or a cow there is no difference? Farmers cannot produce lambs for the flock so he needs a RAM. that can cause the sheep to reproduce. But Father has so made us that we can reproduce out of ourselves, without outside help. We have the SEED God within us which is Christ
Do you realize that man today reproduces exactly the same as a dog or a cat or a horse or a cow, and there is no difference? We should be able to reproduce exactly as God produced us, because God is our FATHER. Think about this! All we need is the SEED OF GOD, and that seed is in every man. THAT SEED determines what the offspring will be, so the Seed of God can only produce Christ, and he was the ORIGINAL MAN. As we reproduce now using only the EGG and the SPERM, we can only produce more mortal human beings, and not connected in any way to God’s original. I want you to give much thought to these things for there is not much being shared among God’s people about these things.
Let us consider how Abraham’s son and heir, the inheritor of all his blessings is to come forth. Abraham carried the seed and Sarah the SOUL had the womb, but in reality they were O-N-E. But as the Holy Spirit breathed on them, as it was with Mary, the conception took place through the Spirit, for the seed is divinely programmed and the birth took place, and the son and heir was born. The seed of God in us today only needs the breath of God to set in motion an offspring that is not just another child whose future is dependant on chance, but is conceived in the Holy Spirit and so also bears the nature and character of God’s ORIGINAL which is Christ. Some may speak about these things, but it is not until the Christ is birthed in us that this spiritual reality becomes effective in us. Every child born on this earth is a child of God by right of creation, but how few express the nature and character of the one who produced that original seed.. Abraham was called to birth a new race of people that would be the TRUE children of God, and this is also our assignment from God THINK ABOUT THESE THINGS
The boys name is Isaac which means, “He Laughs.” The birth of Isaac is considered to be a miracle by the carnal mind, But is not the birthing of any child dependant upon God for that one to come forth into the world. For Abraham God put his stamp upon the child by declaring, "in Isaac shall thy seed be called." The birthing of Isaac was not simply for that particular time but would have an impact on all the future generations of mankind. Hidden in these scriptures are spiritual truths that the natural man cannot see or even be aware of. The seed in every man is CHRIST and that SEED can only produce CHRIST for that is the only MAN GOD CREATED. We are speaking about the birthing of Christ for our generation, because God’s original purpose is being lost in the course of humanity, as man moves further and further off course from the Divine intent.
Here is what I am hearing the Lord say in considering the connection we have with Abraham in fulfilling Father’s will on the earth today. In the beginning God said, “Let us make man,” who were already in the FATHER as a SEED, and that seed is Y-O-U. As the Word was spoken the SON OF GOD came forth. Gen 1:26. That was the only SON God ever created because there is NOT ANOTHER M-A-N. God never intended to have a million sons all of them different, some of them being criminals, and some religious and some who loved their Father and remained in loving fellowship with him. What Father today would delight to bring to birth a son to became a drug addict, or an alcoholic or a murderer. Yet Christians marry and have children often without one thought of the fact that God’s intention was that the earth would be filled with THE SONS OF GOD. James 1:18. “OF HIS OWN WILL GOD SUPPLIED THE SEED that produced YOU, intending that we should become THE FIRSTFRUITS of God’s ORIGINAL MAN.” (D.W. Translation) Every person that has been birthed on this earth has come from the same SEED OF GOD. We are fearfully and wonderfully made, and as David tells us, “My substance was not hid from thee, when I was made in secret, and curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth. Thine eyes did see my substance, in the womb when as yet there was nothing there, and in thy book all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them. Psalm 139:15-16. In the light of this can you not see that the birthing of a child here on the earth cannot take place without God being involved. But most Christians get married and then often out of LUST or at least emotional excitement we produce our children with no thought or understanding of Father’s purposes on the earth. But God’s intention and our expectation often are miles apart. For there is only ONE MAN Father is interested in and that is HIS SON, Jesus Christ. Every child birthed on this earth has the potential to live and express CHRIST and that is the expectation of our Heavenly Father.
Abraham used a surrogate mother to birth what he thought was his son and heir but God rejected him. God’s promise is that YOU, Abraham and Sarah (who are ONE as far as God is concerned) will bring forth the SON that will be your SON and HEIR. When Adam stepped outside the Garden of Eden, he brought forth a Child but not by the spirit, instead it was through EVE, (A surrogate mother) separated from Adam that produced the child. The only way he could have a son and heir was by an EGG supplied by Eve and sperm (The seed of MAN) from Adam as they came together, but all that came forth was NOT A SON OF GOD in Manifestation but a murderer. He killed his brother Abel. Did not Ishmael become an enemy of Isaac, and did not Jacob’s brother Esau seek to kill his Brother also and finally did not ISRAEL who God called MY SON, seek the death of their brother Jesus Christ, at Calvary.
The conflict continues and will continue until CHRIST BE FORMED IN A PEOPLE. Can you, my friend, not hear the voice of God saying to you, “What you are producing shall not be your SON and HEIR, to receive the promises of Abraham, but he that shall come forth OUT OF YOUR OWN BOWELS, (Out of your true identity as Christ) shall be your heir.” There can be NO SURROGATE MOTHER INVOLVED, nor needed. The divine view is that you and your wife in marriage ARE O-N-E not because of a sexual relationship, but because in SPIRIT the male and the Female cannot be separated only in the carnal mind, for “SPIRIT” is Male and Female functioning as ONE indivisible spirit. That Spirit is CHRIST and Christ is the “SEED OF GOD,” able to reproduce within YOU my friend, the SON OF GOD.
This is but the beginning of the birthing of a NEW CREATION People through one man divinely selected for the purpose. His Life experience is a lesson for us to understand the dealings of God to make him the Father of many Nations, and that his legacy may continue to be seen on the earth by this generation, and the fulfilment of God’s eternal purposes.
This study will continue as the Lord illuminates our understanding of “The Ways of God” as they affect the lives of his people in every generation. Those who today have found faith and security in Christ owe a debt of gratitude to Abraham, who birthed that Christ not just in himself but continues to awaken the same possibility in a people from every nation, UNTIL CHRIST BE FORMED IN Y-O-U. Isaiah 51:2 Look unto Abraham your father, and unto Sarah that bare you: for I called him alone, and blessed him, and increased him.
My prayer for you is that you will not just read this book but you will hear a voice within you, speaking to you and calling you into this high and holy calling.
