The Church

Jn. 6:51,56; Eph. 5:30; Gen.2:23: Rev.21

WHAT is the Church?

Jesus was talking with the Disciples explaining that His Flesh was the "Bread of Heaven" come down and that they had to eat of it to live -- LIVE FOREVER!! The "Bread" is the Flesh that He gave for the Life of the world. To eat of this Flesh was not referring to cannibalism, so how can you eat ones flesh? When we eat a meal we are partaking of food. We are to partake of the life of Jesus. He says we are to pick up our cross and follow Him -- How do you pick up a cross and still live from day to day? You partake of His Life, His life becomes your life. When we eat of food that food becomes a part of us -- we are what we eat! Jesus said we must partake of His flesh to have EVERLASTING LIFE. We must let His flesh become our flesh. As we walk in His flesh, we will naturally become like Him and He lives forever! He was and is the Church, The New Jerusalem coming down from Heaven -- His Body --made up of all those who have partaken, or eaten, of His Flesh; who have allowed themselves not only to be enlightened, or to believe that He came to save the world, but have gone on to become like Him. They have allowed His flesh and blood overcome their own flesh. They have become what they have eaten!

In Rev. 17, He refers to the Great Harlot as a Female. I believe Babylon The Great, The Mother of Harlots, is The Spirit of Anti-Christ that the world seems to partake of with great joy! The world is becoming what they partake of -- The Great Harlot! This Anti-Christ Spirit that confesses that Jesus has not come, and is not coming, seems to be ruling the world! She, this Babylonian Spirit, is trying to overcome the Spirit of Christ. Those who have eaten of her flesh and drank of her blood seem to be overcoming the Church -- those who have eaten of HIS flesh and drank of HIS blood! Read on, Dear Ones -- The BEST is yet to come! Jesus, THE WORD, is becoming flesh in His people and the NEW and Glorious Church is arising! It is coming down out of Heaven just like John saw it when he was on Patmos. The New Jerusalem is the tabernacle of God ( Rev.21:1-27)! The Word says WE are the Tabernacle of God. In Genesis 2:23, The First Adam saw the "Church" and called Her "Bone of His Bone and Flesh of His Flesh." His name for Her was "Woman." In the New Testament she is referred to as an assembly, (Ecclesia -- Called out ones). The King James translators called it church. We are Bone of His Bone and flesh of His flesh as we "eat" or partake of Him. We are becoming that Body from day to wonderful day, as we allow His life to overcome our life. We are becoming the Tabernacle of God, The New Jerusalem ( Rev.21). All that He is doing is coming out of Him to prepare us as the Body, or Bride, of The Anointed One, The Head, Jesus, Godís First Begotten Son.

I donít claim to understand all there is to understand about all of this, but I donít think anyone has it all. Read and hear by the Spirit of God and allow Him to reveal His secrets to you. He will give us all a part to understand. A measure for each of us to make us hungry for more of Him.

WHO is the Church?

I can tell you who it is not, for sure! Those sitting in church building pews, filling in a square, thinking that Sunday morning is the Lordís Day and behaving as they think He would approve. They are the "Self-called Out Ones". There has been no sacrifice or giving up of their lives or plans for the Life and plans of Jesus Christ. Neither does not going because of all the hypocrites and nonsense make you a part of The Church. They are all in the same boat and that is where they will stay because they donít understand and will not seek for more . They are satisfied with the status quo and Father will let them alone. They are the most miserable of all. They donít understand "Eating of His Flesh and Drinking of His Blood" anymore than the Disciples did. It wasnít until after Jesusí death and resurrection did they see and hear what He was saying. As they were being conformed to "His Flesh and Bones" they started walking and living like Him. Some died a horrible physical death but ALL died to the flesh as they became His Flesh. That kind of death can be as painful as a physical death!

Those who are willing to let their own plans and desires fall to the wayside and partake of His desires will be THE CHURCH, THE CALLED OUT ONES. They are not just called out of the world but out of all that is not of God. That would include All races, nationalities, ethnic groups and/or countries and religions. Every continent, every island, any place where there are people and people groups. They will all have to give up everything to follow Him and be a part of THE Church. They all have the same path to take, eating His Flesh and drinking His Blood to be a part of The New Jerusalem, the Body of The Lord Jesus Who is THE anointed of God, THE Head of The Body.

Woman came out of the side of The first Adam, The Church came out of the side of Jesus as the soldiers pierced His side and the Blood and Water flowed. Adam was in a deep sleep when he birthed the Spirit of THE CHURCH but Jesus suffered terribly for the manifestation of THE CHURCH. That is the cross we are to take as we follow Him. It wasnít easy for Him and it wonít be easy for us, but anything that is lasting is never easy. He didnít promise it would be easy but He did promise He would never leave us and He would be our strength. We must partake of His Flesh and Blood for that strength, We are what we eat!!

The more food we eat the stronger we become. The more we eat of Him the stronger we become. He has made it simple for us -- He does all the WORK as we read His Word and obey. (Eat of His Flesh and Drink of His Blood). Holy Spirit will do the work as we rest in Him. "Take and eat it and it will make your stomach bitter: but it will be as sweet as honey in your mouth."

John 6:53 Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, ye have no life in you. 54 Whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day. 55 For my flesh is meat indeed, and my blood is drink indeed. 56 He that eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, dwelleth in me, and I in him. 57 As the living Father hath sent me, and I live by the Father: so he that eateth me, even he shall live by me.
