                                 Life On Both Sides of the River Part 2
                                            

In the last part of our study of "Life On Both Sides of the River," we looked at Daniel and the vision or prophesy that was given to him. We saw that Daniel was not ordained to understand it, at that point in time.

Today, I want to begin in the Book of Revelation.

Revelation 22: 1-4
Verse 1, "And he shewed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb. "

The "purity" means that there was NO MIXTURE, NO POLLUTION! Hallelujah! Now, here, we see a "pure river," SINGULAR. If you remember, back in John 7:38, it was "rivers" plural.

We have to understand, that at that time Jesus had not yet died and risen. So, there were separate rivers and God's people had not come into Revelation 1, where everyone (1:13) was speaking the same thing.   Now, here in Revelation 22, is a group of people that have come into the same like mind, the character as God. So, now those rivers of living waters have become ONE PURE RIVER. A many membered river, if you will. And it's a pure river of living water of Life.

Whenever we see, the Tree of Life, the Book of Life, the Word of Life or the Breath of Life, they are all one and the same and they are all a people. They are the people spoken of in Rom 8:29, Rev 1:13. (for those of you on this mailing list, that received my studies,  on the Book of Revelation, you will remember that we found in Rev 1:1 that it was Jesus that this revelation was coming out of. The revelation OF=out from within, and that in 1:13 we saw that this "one like unto the Son of Man" was the many membered Body of Christ.)   We (His manifested Sons), become the Word of Life, (Phil 2:15-16), the Bread of Life, (John 21:15-17), Epistles of Life (2 Cor 3:2-4) etc., because we have came into His Image. These members in particular, of the Body of Christ have become everything that Jesus was, while here on earth.

So John was shown this pure river of water of life, the same thing that Jesus said would come out of a people that believed Him, and now that Jesus had died and risen, these "waters" have become one with no mixture, and it's clear as crystal. It's a people that has been called to that place in God where they are in total agreement, not only with God, but with each other!! (whether you know it or not, folks, it is happening). We saw in RE-HAPPENINGS, that in Jesus' day, the people loved God and they loved the Law of Moses, but, when Jesus begin to speak, all did not agree. His Word wasn't crystal clear to them, they did not understand, because they hung on to the Law, plus His Precious Spirit had not come to reside in them. Even after the coming of the Holy Spirit, most wanted to hang on to Moses' Law and a lot still do, today. Sad. There are those today, that want to live on the previous revelations that the Holy Spirit has given; they won't accept anything new to their ears. And many have come to this Gospel of the Kingdom, and like Moses, they won't go any farther. Very sad. Hopefully they will allow the Holy Spirit to awaken them to their true identity.

But, here in Revelation, we are seeing a people that follow the Lamb, wheresoever He goes and their agreement with Him is crystal clear. They don't and aren't following the Law of Moses, (because Jesus fulfilled it),  or the prophets, (except the Prophet within themselves) they are following NO MAN, they are following the Lamb. And when He moves, they move WITH HIM. They aren't waiting on anything or anybody; and they are resting in Truth of what He is saying today.

OK, This river, "is" proceeding from the throne of God and the Lamb.
First thing we see is that it is moving, it is proceedING (not resting in motion) out OF , (what does "of " mean? =Out from within.)   It is proceeding out from within the throne of God, AND "of," (out from within) the Lamb. Hallelujah!!

The river is the Holy Spirit, the water is the Word, and it is clear as crystal and it's proceeding out from within the throne of God, and THE THRONE OF GOD IS IN US! We are where God lives and it says that the river of living waters is proceeding out from the throne of (out from within) God and of (out from within) the Lamb, which IS the Image these people have come into. The "ONE like unto the Son of Man." Praise His Name!

There are those who won't want to hear this, but take it before Father, and allow Him to give HIS understanding of it. IF you are one called to receive His Understanding.

Now, here's what is really beautiful---
Verse 2 "In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month; and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations."

"In the midst of it," the "it" is the river.  

"In the midst of the STREET of it." In the midst of the street of the river.

People have been looking for  "streets of gold"  (plural) somewhere out in the sky, but God's Word says "in the midst of the street of the river."

Out from within "the street" AND on both sides of the river, "was THE TREE OF LIFE"!!   We know that "street" represents, a way.   Jesus said "I AM the Way, the Truth and the Life." (John 14:6)   So, the life that,  that "ONE LIKE UNTO the Son of Man," is walking, is  that Street, the Way of our Pattern.

So "on either side of the river was the tree of life," which means, if we go back to Daniel, that Street in the midst of the river IS JESUS, and on either side or on both sides of the river ,is the tree of life. So, what John is seeing here is the "tree of life" in the midst of the river, AND on BOTH sides of the river. The river is what is between the 2 realms, the natural earth and the Spirit realm.  He SEES the "tree of life" on BOTH sides, Hallelujah!!   Both in the earthen realm AND Spirit realm. I pray that you are seeing this.

And notice, John does not distinguish one from the other!!!  The "tree of life" in the earth realm, looks just like the "tree of life" that's in the Spirit realm.

In the midst of the river AND on both sides of the river, John sees the tree of life. Look at what John sees;   NOT "A" tree of life, but "THE" tree of life. The one in the midst of the river, and the one on both sides look ALIKE. "LIKE UNTO!!!!" There's those on the natural side of the river, one on the spirit side of the river, and One in the midst of the river!! And you can't tell them apart!

"which bare twelve manner of fruit. And yield her fruit every month and the leaves of THE TREE were for the healing of the nation."

Now, catch this; He said:
1. "in the midst of the river was the tree of life."
2. "on either side of the river was the tree of life.
3. And at the end, it reads, TREE=singular  (the leaves of THE TREE). They were ONE TREE, just like the many membered Body of Christ is ONE BODY, but are members in particular. Can you see what this is saying?

Verse 3, "And there shall be no more curse; but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him;"

"but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be it." The throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in THE TREE. So we begin to understand that the whole purpose of God, is to take us back to where we were in God, before the foundation of the world. This is His whole purpose.

I'll stop here and we'll pick in Ezekiel, in part 3.
