Things Learned From Romans
I want to say that this is more of a sharing, than a teaching. There are things that I feel that Father is showing me, and maybe others. I do know that there is a people who are being led by the Spirit of God, rather than books, aids, people and churches. Father is truly manifesting through these folks. So, you may disagree with some of the things that I write; and you may agree with some. But, I am just sharing what I am being shown. I will be touching on a lot of different things, and I will not be going into deep interpretations of what words or names mean; as I said, this isn't a teaching, it's a sharing.
Let's start out this part, with the question that I left with you, in the last part. "What all, do you think that Eve, or your soul has influenced in the natural world?"
The answer is, EVERYTHING!! There is not one thing in the natural world that the soul has not influenced, not one! You may say, "well, God created everything in the world and He saw all of the creation as, very good." You're right about His being pleased with all that HE created and made. He looked at all that HE created and made, and beheld it as, "very good". Gen.1:31. What He made, He also, appointed a life for each thing. Each thing had a purpose, right down to the rocks, grass, trees; everything has a purpose. So, what happened? EVE!!
I want to start with something that Father showed me, recently. We all know that there is and has been arguments, debates and discussions about what is Father's real name. I use to think, "I really don't care what His name is, all I want is to KNOW HIM! And I was satisfied with that all these years. Like, I'm sure many of you, I have studied and studied all the names that we've called Father. It's a real job to do that, and I'm not so sure that we walked away knowing any more than we did when we started the study. I thought that I had it all figured out, when a Greek or Hebrew interpreter would come along and say, "well, that's not exactly right.". Then, I'd start all over, walking away , wondering!
Now, we've been taught the names of God that were used in each of the OT Books. In one book, we called Him one name, that described a work that He was doing, while in another book, we called Him another name because He was doing another kind of work. Here are just a few that I got from the Internet:
Compounds of El:
El Shaddai: “God Almighty.” The derivation is uncertain. Some think it stresses God’s loving supply and comfort; others His power as the Almighty one standing on a mountain and who corrects and chastens (Gen. 17:1; 28:3; 35:11; Ex. 6:31; Ps. 91:1, 2).
El Elyon: “The Most High God.” Stresses God’s strength, sovereignty and supremacy (Gen. 14:19; Ps. 9:2; Dan. 7:18, 22, 25).
El Olam: “The Everlasting God.” Emphasizes God’s unchangeableness and is connected with His inexhaustibleness (Gen. 16:13).
(2) Yahweh (YHWH): Comes from a verb which means "to exist, be".” This, plus its usage, shows that this name stresses God as the independent and self-existent God of revelation and redemption (Gen. 4:3; Ex. 6:3 (cf. 3:14); 3:12).
Compounds of Yahweh: Strictly speaking, these compounds are designations or titles which reveal additional facts about God’s character.
Yahweh Jireh (Yireh): “The Lord will provide.” Stresses God’s provision for His people (Gen. 22:14). (provider)
Yahweh Nissi: “The Lord is my Banner.” Stresses that God is our rallying point and our means of victory; the one who fights for His people (Ex. 17:15). (fighter)
Yahweh Shalom: “The Lord is Peace.” Points to the Lord as the means of our peace and rest (Jud. 6:24). (peace)
Yahweh Sabbaoth: “The Lord of Hosts.” A military figure portraying the Lord as the commander of the armies of heaven (1 Sam. 1:3; 17:45). (commander of armies)
Yahweh Maccaddeshcem: “The Lord your Sanctifier.” Portrays the Lord as our means of sanctification or as the one who sets believers apart for His purposes (Ex. 31:13). (sanctifier)
Yahweh Ro’i: “The Lord my Shepherd.” Portrays the Lord as the Shepherd who cares for His people as a shepherd cares for the sheep of his pasture (Ps. 23:1). (carer and watcher of His people)
Yahweh Tsidkenu: “The Lord our Righteousness.” Portrays the Lord as the means of our righteousness (Jer. 23:6). (righteousness)
Yahweh Shammah: “The Lord is there.” Portrays the Lord’s personal presence in the millennial kingdom (Ezek. 48:35). (personal presence)
Yahweh Elohim Israel: “The Lord, the God of Israel.” Identifies Yahweh as the God of Israel in contrast to the false gods of the nations (Jud. 5:3.; Isa. 17:6). (the God of Israel)
(3) Adonai: Like Elohim, this too is a plural of majesty. The singular form means “master, owner.” Stresses man’s relationship to God as his master, authority, and provider (Gen. 18:2; 40:1; 1 Sam. 1:15; Ex. 21:1-6; Josh (our relationship to God)
And we could go on and on and on. (the words in parenthesis, are mine). There are more than 99 names that people use in reference to God. I have one question: As in, ADONIA, I want to ask, WHO KNOWS MY RELATIONSHIP TO GOD? Only Father and I know that relationship. And you can add all the "buts" , you want, but, the truth remains, only Him and I know this fact. These names do not tell me WHO HE IS, they tell me WHAT HE DOES. Let's look at what God had to say about His name.
EX.3:14-15, "And God said unto Moses, I AM THAT I AM: and he said. 'Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I AM hath sent me unto you."
"And God said moreover unto Moses, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, the LORD (Hebrew: YHWH = Yahweh or Jehovah) God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, hath sent me unto you: this is my name for ever and ever; and this is my memorial unto all generations."
Now, the translators say, "Oh, in the Hebrew language, this means this....or that". But, the truth of the matter is, is that Father doesn't speak to me in Hebrew. He doesn't speak to me in the Greek language, He speaks to me as He is, "I AM". "I AM" tells me WHO HE IS, while El Shaddai tells me one thing that HE DOES. Why "am I" bringing up the name game? To show Eve's influence on EVEN GOD's person. The Jews and Christians go at it over the word "YAHWEH". Now, the only thing I want to ask is this: WHO really knows what "YHWH" means? I don't mean, what does it mean in the Jewish language, what does it mean, period? This like ALL the other names that man has given to God, is just that, MAN GIVEN NAMES!! The Jews added vowels to YHWH to make it pronounceable, that is MAN GIVEN. GOD said that He is "I AM", so who do we believe? I choose God. God DOES NOT have a language that the Jews understand, and one that the Greeks understand, or the Christians understand or ANYBODY ELSE understands, HIS LANGUAGE IS SPIRITUAL and can ONLY be understood by the Spirit.
Why is so important? It is important so that WE will know US and OUR NAME. So, God said, "I AM THAT I AM". He is whatever and whoever He wants to be. Let's look at Him in the NT.
Mt.1: 23, "Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name EMMANUEL, which being interpretated is "GOD WITH US".
So, in the Greek, His name is "God with us". Now, God is still the same God that He was in the OT, when HE SAID that His name is "I AM". "I AM" manifested in this flesh world, as the man Jesus, and that's what He has been called, by most people, for the last 2000 years. My friend, Scott Paris calls Him, "my Papa". I call Him, "my wonderful Father". My friend, Barb calls Him "Daddy". These are our PERSONAL name that we have for Him, and He honors them because these names are out of our love and relationship that we have with Him, but, formally, His name is "I AM". Why should we care what His "formal" name is? So, we will know who we are and what is OUR name.
My natural Dad's name was Lloyd Keith. I called him Daddy until the day he passed into the spirit realm. No matter what I called him, because of our loving relationship, his name was still Lloyd Keith. Now, I could have called him "Lloyd Truck Driver". That would not have told me what his name was, it would have told me WHAT he was. He was a truck driver. By calling him, Lloyd Keith, I was giving a FAMILY NAME. KEITH. I was a Keith; my sisters were Keiths. Now, because a man came and gave me another name, his name, when I married him; trace my heritage back and you will find I am still a KEITH. But, IF we trace it even further back, what will we find?
Eph. 3 14-15, "For this cause I bow my knees unto THE FATHER of our Lord Jesus Christ, of whom THE WHOLE FAMILY in heaven AND EARTH IS NAMED."
People may call me Linda Keith; or they may call me Linda; and because of a closeness, people may call me Lu or Linda. But, my real name is the same as my Father, I AM. So I know who I AM, and my Father knows who I AM. The world may know me by many different names because they know me by what Eve is in charge of, the names of the world. But, I am really as my Father is known. Do you see what I'm saying? Eve, the natural world has given God all the different names that He is called. He gives us His name, I AM. Is He your Father? Then your name is the same as His, I AM.
So, we can see how Eve influenced the names of God. When He speaks to us, He doesn't speak Hebrew, Greek or even English. The natural cannot understand the language Father speaks.
Now, I want to look at something else. Oh, I know I will hear from some, on this one, but, that's ok, at least I know that they are reading this; and if reading it, seeds are being planted.
We've learned what Father's name is and now we need to take a closer look at Eve.
Eve when created, was one with the man. Both were united as one and both knew only God. Both had not experienced anything other than God. So, made in His image, both were I AM, because both, as one, came forth from Him. They were His very substance. And remember this "literal Adam and Eve thing is an allegory. After Adam was placed in a deep sleep, Eve took over. From then on, Eve was in control. It is my belief that the reason for Adam being put to sleep, was to keep him from indulging in what Eve was to indulge in. But, that's just my belief. I do believe that the man is just now awakening from that sleep and is looking for his woman. Now, Eve's walking away from Father did not change WHO she was. She was and still is I AM, she just has to be re-educated. BY I AM.
When I think of Father saying, "I AM WHO I AM", I see Him, in US, saying, "I AM". He is expressing Himself, and living HIS LIFE THROUGH US. When He is seen, is when others see us. I hope that you are receiving what I AM saying, here. Because, only, by seeing this, will Father be seen in the earth. We are not who we appear to be, UNLESS it is HIM appearing through us. It is HIM, that is speaking, hearing, walking, eating, sleeping, EVERYTHING that IS, is I AM. Those who don't see us as HIM, are not beholding us with the Spiritual eyes; they are seeing us through EVE'S eyes. But, you know what? Every now and then, they detect a spark of Light in us. It's sort of a foretaste, as to how ALL will see each other. It is wonderful !!!
There are those that, even when talking to on the phone or on the computer, that HE is seen, by me, literally. His love flows through them; His words come forth through them; we understand what each other is saying, not as the natural man speaking, but, Father. That love stays with me all day, as long as I keep my spiritual eyes seeing them. Eve is quick to try to bring forth another "seeing" , but, this is our part of His being seen, keeping our focus single. It is not Him and them, it is Him. Their original Being, who is I AM comes through loud and clear!! What a blessing to behold. This is the blessing that we receive, that is better than any material blessing that can be bestowed on us. This is His Light that is being shined, not only on us, but, it is being shined into us. Praise Him!!
It may sound strange to say this, but, we must PRACTICE being and staying in that Spiritual beingness or consciousness. But, you must remember that we've grown accustom to seeing and hearing POLLUTION. Words and sounds mixed with Eve's teachings to us. You don't just wake up one day and say, "I think I'll see as He sees, today". It is a constant speaking HIS WORDS to EVE!! She is the one that must come to her senses, not natural senses, but, to the Spiritual Mind of Christ. Believe it or not, Eve is beginning to think differently, in many of us. She is not going to be destroyed, she's being re-educated. She is being RE-PLACED!! She is like the Prodical Son, coming home to his father. She is on a trip, re-turning to her husband. She is beginning to quieten down, because she is HEARING her husband call out to her. This is TRULY, "THE DEEP CALLING UNTO THE DEEP".
You all have heard me speak of Fatherhood Consciousness. I want to explain what this is. What we are conscious of, IS what we see as being real. This is Webster's definition of conscious:
"Aware of one's own existence, sensations, and environment; (b) Capable of thought, will or perception. (c)AWAKE." (end quote).
Consciousness can be deliberate. Eve has fooled us, I believe, with our concept of "spiritual". We feel that we must be in some kind of trance, go into "deep meditation" and not be aware of anything around us. I don't believe this. Wasn't Paul WIDE AWAKE and ALERT when He encountered Jesus? Better yet, wasn't our Pattern, Jesus, wide awake, when He HEARD FATHER SPEAK? Wasn't He wide awake when He DID as He SAW FATHER do? You know why He was? Because as He moved, spoke, laid hands (and NOT lay hands), He didn't see HIMSELF doing these things; He saw His Father doing it THROUGH HIM! When He touched someone, He saw Father doing the touching, because HE KNEW WHO HE WAS ONE BEING WITH! You know why those folks got healed? Because He knew that they saw, materially, so He touched them, BUT, He saw them as they really were, not the way the natural sees people. He KNEW that I AM was right there in front of Him, when He saw someone! Oh beloved, it makes all the difference in the world,.....and "out" of the world to see each other as we really are. Like I said, it takes practice. And please know, I am not talking about "mere mortal men" doing the practicing, I AM speaking of those who know who they are. What we focus on becomes our consciousness.
I want to share something with you, that I PERSONALLY have experienced. When we feel that someone is coming against us, for whatever reason, be it family, friends or "enemies". We PREPARE ourselves to be presented with that "coming against us". We carry that ATTITUDE with us when we go to see them. And sure enough, what we expect happens. We're greeted with coldness, meanness and conflict. BUT, start practicing SEEING THEM AS WHO THEY REALLY ARE. Practice RECEIVING THE LOVE OF WHO THEY REALLY ARE! PRACTICE!! It DOES take PRACTICE! But, what YOU behold, comes to be the real. I have been going through this over someone that I love dearly. But, just this past weekend, the words I was greeted with was, "I AM sorry!" I didn't even want to stay!! I wanted to just get alone and praise and thank I AM for BEING WHO HE IS!! I was seeing this person through Eve's eyes, before; NOW, I see that person as their true "I"-dentity. They really are who they really are, they just aren't aware of it yet. They aren't CONSCIOUS of their true being.
You know, I'd like to make a correction to something I taught. Remember when I said that this world is an illusion? Well, it's NOT THIS WORLD that is an illusion, IT'S THE WAY WE VIEW THIS WORLD. Father WAS an invisible God. But, that is no longer true. It is HIM that walks and talks through this body that people think is THEM. He is NOW VISIBLE!! He IS seen in all the world. It just depends on who is doing the seeing; and where their focus is.
We all know "hateful" people. Now, just think of that word, "hateful". It means, full of hate. We all know that we are out of the very substance of Father. Now, ask yourself, "is there any hate in Father?". No, there's not. So, why are we seeing the hate in that person? It's because WE are looking with the enfluence of EVE!! When we remind ourselves WHO that person really is, there is no hate to be seen. And I don't care what anyone says, we DO have a choice of how we see folks. And again, I'm telling you, IT TAKES PRACTICE! It's like, one day, we wake up and realize that we are seeing folks differently, and we wonder, "when did "seeing" come into me"!! We don't even know when it became a reality to us. That is SPIRIT!! Not going into a trance to see that person as "good". Folks, Eve has had us looking through HER eyes, but, with the practicing, the blinders are being removed.
We need to realize that Eve WAS ONE WITH THE SPIRIT OF GOD, in the beginning. And ALL that Father gave the man, He also gave EVE, because they were one. So, Eve has the same POWER that the man has! There is ONLY ONE POWER!! He placed His power in the body, the mind , the whole ball of wax. BUT, how it is used is a different matter. That power that was received by Eve, works just the same as it works with the man!! We've always thought, "Oh the power of God will overcome the power of the Devil". Well, the devil is none other than the thoughts that Eve brings forth in people, and she is working with the VERY POWER THAT WAS GIVEN HER. Remember she was part of the "created man, male and female.." And IF there is ONLY ONE POWER, guess who's power is being used by Eve? God's! Doesn't sound too religious, does it? But, it's true. We are not to battle Eve. We are to LOVINGLY guide her and lead her way of thinking back to how and who she was before the material things caught her attention. You see, when God said, "behold the man IS become as one of us, to know good and evil..." . we must remember that the man and the woman were one. It was the soul that wanted to know good and evil, because she had the thought that she would be as God, if she knew both; BUT, what she didn't know was that SHE ALREADY WAS what God is. So, she started her own way of seeing things. And that is where I believe she has influenced the way we have understood the bible. But, her man is lovingly leading her back home, where she belongs. Folks, this is US that I'm referring to, as I know that some of you know this.
