The Changing of the body.  part 3

Before we go further into what is being shown to us, by Father, we need to understand a few things.  I think that this is one of the most important ones. We have been taught, by the chruch system, so many things that are not correct; and all those things have done, are give us EXCUSES, for not DESIRING to come into what Father has plainly told us, that HE wants us to come into.

Prayerfully, take this before Father, laying aside all previous teachings, that we'd like to hang on to. TRUTH is what we are after, here.  Lay aside all pride, that we might be too ashamed to admit, that we have accepted wrong teaching. Father is NOW bringing forth the mind of Christ, and that's what counts.

We need to know the following, so that we can't and won't try to have an excuse, and be glad that He is manifesting through us NOW!

JESUS, PART MAN AND PART GOD?

IF you want to come to a Truth, just tell Father that you want HIS truth, not man's teaching, and as promised "the Holy Spirit will lead us in ALL truth." (John 16:13) The truth of God will set us free ,to be who we are intended, by Father, to be.

#1 The first thing we have to do, to get a Truth, is lay aside EVERYTHING that we have previously taught!! We have to take, not just a few scriptures, but we have to search through MANY scriptures to come to a truth, and allow the Holy Spirit to lead you and to reveal understanding. Also, scholars are finding ,that there have been many mistakes made in the translating , from the original languages, into the King James language. As we know, Jesus did not speak the King's English of the King James Bible. You need to get a Bible that has different translations. The one that I use is the Eight Translation New Testament Bible. It contains (a)King James Version, (b) The Living Bible (c) Phillips Modern Englist (d)Revised Standard Version (e)Today's English Version (f) New International Version (g) Jerusalem Bible and (h) New English Bible. The ones that I have found that is closer to the original writings of the Bible are: (1)Phillips, (2)Jerusalem, and (3)New English Bibles. I personally love the Phillips and Jerusalem Translations. As we know, the Bible was not a Bible, it was Letters that Father inspired the writers to write. These Letters were passed among the groups of people, and recited at different cities, in different house meetings. There were no chapters, or, numbered verses or any puncuations. Many times with the Bible, the way it is today, gives one the idea that when you finish one chapter, that's the end of the subject being spoken of. But, that's not true. A good example of this is Heb 11 and 12. At the last verse of chapter 11, the subject is continued in chapter 12. With this said, let's continue with our study.

                                     Jesus, Man and Part God?

The first thing I want to draw your attention to, is our God, being a Just God.

Is 45:21 "Tell ye, and bring them near; yea, let them take counsel together; who hath declared this from ancient time? who hath told it from that time? have not I the Lord? and there is no God else beside me; a Just God and a Saviour; there is none beside me."

Acts 3:14 "But ye denied the Holy One and the Just One, and desired a murderer to be granted unto you.."

(Job 4:17, Prov 11:1, Zep 3:5, Zec9:9, Acts 7:52, 22:14)

The above scriptures, tell us plainly, that our God is a JUST God. This means in all that He does and says, He is a fair and honest and Just God, whether we understand His reasons for things done and said, or not. The question that I want to ask is this: If you were an iron worker and I was a seamtress, and I came to you and said , "Look, I want you to make a wedding gown for the Queen of England, and it has to be perfect." Would I be , being fair and just to you, expect you to do this? Think about it. I could give more examples, but you think some up for yourself, before you read any further. OK?

Would it be JUST and fair of God, (NOT THAT HE OWES US ANYTHING!!) , but would it be fair for Him to say, Linda, I want you to do EXACTLY what Jesus did when He was on earth, as  part God and part man?? Now, we're not downgrading God , in anyway, here, we're being HONEST, so we can get to HIS truth.

No!! It wouldn't be fair for God to ask that of us. We could not and cannot do that, as a mortal man. And that's what we've been taught all these years, that God wants us to be exactly like Jesus, even though He had the advantage of being part God and part human! Our God, IS NOT like that. He is honest, upfront, JUST and "a respector of NO man", not even the flesh man, Jesus!! (Acts 10:34) He is leading us the exact same way that He led Jesus. (John 5:19, 30)

Now let's look to see, that Jesus was sent to be our Pattern to follow. Now, we know what a pattern is. It is something that one follows to accomplish the same thing that the pattern had accomplished. Look at 1Tim 1:16

1Tim 1:16 "Howbeit for this cause I obtained much, that in me first Jesus Christ might shew forth all longsuffering, for a PATTERN to them which should hereafter believe on him to life everlasting."

Rom 8:28-29 "And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are CALLED ACCORDING TO HIS PURPOSE, (vs 29) For whom He did foreknow, he also DID PREDESTINATE to be CONFORMED TO THE IMAGE OF HIS SON, that he might be the FIRSTBORN AMONG MANY BRETHREN."

Alright, these verses show clearly that Jesus is the Pattern, He came to earth to lay a pattern for us to follow. The 2nd verse shows clearly, that God DOES expect MANY to come into the IMAGE of our Pattern, Jesus. Are we in agreement so far?
(*John 14:12, Rom 4:17, *1Cor 15:51-53, *Col 2:9-10)

Heb 12:2 "....The author and finisher of our faith..(Jesus)"

The word "author", used here, is rendered in many translations as : beginner, captain, pioneer, leader.
The word "finisher" is rendered: perfecter, perfect example, perfection.

Jesus' FAITH was perfect and complete. Why? BECAUS HE BELIEVED EVERY WORD, OF GOD!! Not because He was half God, but because He knew God ours and His Father, cannot lie! Jesus was 100% sure that what Father said was true. He had real faith. Along the way in studies, we need to stop and ask ourselves, Do I really believe that? Gen 3:22, this is God speaking about Adam (mankind) He says "the man (Adam) is become as one of us, to know good and evil"..... and

John 10:34 this is Jesus speaking, He said "Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said ye are gods?".

Now , honestly, do we believe these 2 scriptures? No we don't!! Why ,because we don't understand it and we are looking at ourselves through natural eyes!! I looked up this word "gods", Heb #430, Greek 2316, it means exactly what God's name (one of His names) in the OT. ELOHEIM, Here is the definition of ELOHEIM, from the Companion Bible, appendixe #4: occurs 2700 times. It's first occurence connects it with creation, and gives it, its essentual meaning; a creator. It indicates His relation to mankind, as His creatures. Eloheim is "the living Word" . Eloheim is a PLURAL word!! Now I am not saying that we are Father God! Be sure you understand that!! But, as our Pattern did, the flesh man Jesus, He got so much like the Father, while on earth ,that They were One and couldn't be told apart, unless, Jesus said "these are not My words, but my Father's". Jesus believed it when the Word told Him that He could be so close to Father that no one could tell them apart. BUT, notice, God the Father, WAS ALWAYS OVER JESUS, Jesus said, I don't do these things of myself, the Father does them through Me!!" Look up ALL the scriptures, written in red, Jesus is speaking, and see how many times He said, I can't do this, it's Father, or I only do and say what I hear My Father do and say. His faith was so strong, that everything that the Word said, that Father will do this or that, Jesus, knew without a doubt , it would happen. No matter what He saw in the natural, no matter what He didn't understand, He BELIEVED the Word. I know, we've come to the place where you hesitate to agree with the statement I just made. ("no matter what He didn't understand") right? Ok now we're getting down to the nitty gritty. Let's look at facts in the Bible about Jesus.

We're gonna look at some different translations. And here is ONE VERY IMPORTANT thing that we MUST remember. (Rev 22:18-19) "if ANY man adds to...or takes away...this will happen!!"

When we read a scripture, we CANNOT say, yes but, or, well..., or and, there can be no if, ands or buts added to any scripture!!!  It's best to just admit, "I don't understand this verse," and pray for the Holy Spirit to give us wisdom, understanding and knowledge of God's Word, than to add to it or take away from it, to make it fit OUR thinking.
.(Eph 1:17).

Ok, let's look at some translations.

Phillipians 2:5-8

LIVING BIBLE: "Your attitude shoud be the kind that was shown us by Jesus Christ, who though he was God, did not demand and cling to his rights as God, but laid aside his mighty power and glory , taking the disguise of a slave and becoming like men, and he humbled himself even further, going so far as actually to die a criminal's death on a cross."

Phillips Modern English Bible: "Let your attitude to life be that of Christ Jesus himself. For he, who had always been God by nature, did not cling to his privileges as God's equal, but stripped himself of every advantage, by consenting to be a slave by nature and being born a man. And, plainly seen as a human being, he humbled himself by living a life of utter obedience, to the point of death, and the death he died was the death of a common criminal."

Today's English Version: "The attitude you should have, is the one that Christ Jesus had; He always had the very nature of God, but, he did not think that, by force, he should try to become equal with God. Instead, of his own free will he gave it all up, and took the nature of a servant. He became like man and appeared in human likeness. He was humble and walked the path of obedience to death--his death on the cross."

These verses tell us plainly that Jesus WAS NOT part man and part God!! He knew it would not be a fair and just Pattern ,if He had kept in His memory, the fact that He was God. There is so much more that could be said, but , this is clear enough. I want to tell you why, we have been taught that Jesus was part man and part God. It was an excuse! A copout!! For us,to not have to admit ,that we DO NOT BELIEVE certain scriptures, which gets us off the hook!! There is one more thing I do want to show.

We know that our Father God, is an ALL KNOWING BEING!! Right? Well, think on these versees:

Heb 5:8-14 "Though he were a Son, yet LEARNED he, obedience, by the things which he suffered. And BEING MADE perfect he BECAME the author of etenal salvation unto all them that obey him (vs11) Of whom we have many things to say and hard to be uttered, SEEING YE ARE DULL OF HEARING, For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the oracles of God..."

Did you see, it said "he learned", ? This is Jesus being spoken of here. He learned! Does a God have to learn ANYTHING? No I think not!! God IS ALL KNOWING!! Jesus , as a flesh and blood man DID LEARN!!

I'm not going to print it out , but look at Heb 4:15, this scripture tells us plainly that Jesus WAS IN ALL POINTS TEMPTED LIKE AS WE ARE, yet without sin.

Our faith, in God's Word, is not to the point, to where sin cannot touch us!! And IT'S OUR OWN FAULT!! We MUST take that WORD and no matter what man tells us, or what our natural eyes see, we must agree with THE WORD OF GOD, and not be afraid of what people will say about us, when we confess HIS TRUTH, and not what man teaches, to make an excuse for why man, is not doing what Jesus did. He left a pattern for what we ARE to do!!

Look at James 1:13 "Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God; FOR GOD CANNOT BE TEMPTED WITH EVIL, neither tempeth he any man;"

So this should be clear to us, Jesus WAS tempted, but didn't sin, because of His BELIEF in God's Word, no matter what man said, or what His natural eyes saw, or what His Natural mind told him. If God's Word said it, He believed it!! God cannot be tempted, His Word tells us that. So this does show us that Jesus had forgotten that He HAD BEEN GOD!!!

Now I'll show you when Jesus took back His remembrance of who He was, before the foundation of the world. And of what power and glory He had had. He had walked this earth as a man, wholely a man, so that we could walk as He did, so He could leave us a Pattern to follow. To show us that we MUST do, what He did as a flesh man, and that is WHETHER WE UNDERSTAND IT OR NOT, WE MUST BELIEVE EVERY WORD OF GOD, THAT TELLS US WHAT WE ARE AND WHAT WE CAN DO!!!!  Look at John 17:4-5. Upon His resurrection, THEN, Jesus returned to the position, of BEING FATHER GOD , THE WORD.

John 17:4-5 "I have glorified thee on the earth" Jesus is telling Father, I believed EVERY WORD that You said, whether I understood it or not, regardless of what the Pharisees taught, regardless of people thinking I was crazey, I BELIEVED You,

Father. "I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do." Jesus is saying to Father, I have shown everyone ,that everything that You have told us, is true, whether they understand it or not, believe it!! I have laid that pattern that you gave me to lay, for them to come into the IMAGE OF CHRIST!!

"and NOW, O Father, glorify thou me WITH THINE OWNSELF" HALLELUJAH!!!! Jesus is saying to Father, I want to be THE GOD THAT I WAS, that's spoken of in John 1:1!!!! But, He goes on to make sure we understand "WITH THE GLORY WHICH I HAD (PAST TENSE) WITH YOU BEFORE THE WORLD WAS."

This is what the Truth is:

1. Gen 1:1, "In the beginning, God....
2. 1 Tim 3:16, "God manifested in the flesh.... (in the person of Jesus)
3. John 17:5, "glorify me with Thineself, which I had before the foundation of the world".
HE laid a Pattern, for what it takes to be God's Son. The Word tells us :
4. 1John 3:2, " NOW ye are sons of God.

It took Jesus 33 years to lay that pattern, so I'll believe ,for as many years as it takes, for that manifestation OF HIM to appear, through me. Amen!!!
Much love in Christ, Linda
